Description
In this family-friendly Villa Mallorca you will stay in an idyllic countryside with beautiful views. An oasis of peace with a Mediterranean garden, olive trees and palm trees. Relax by the pool or on the veranda. If you want to exercise, you can play table tennis. The house has a living-dining room with an open kitchen. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The property is lovingly maintained and invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
You can fully enjoy your stay in Pollensa at the table tennis, by the pool or in the evening at the barbecue. The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. The use is charged according to consumption. If you don't book central heating the electrity will be charged extra.
If you want to rent a family-friendly villa in Mallorca, Pollença is the ideal place for your time out with the family. Over the years, Pollença has managed to keep mass tourism at bay. Holidaymakers love the originality, the winding streets and the Plaça Mayor with its small cafés and restaurants. Time seems to have stood still here. Here you will find an indescribably beautiful landscape. The Tramuntana Mountains are a World Heritage Site.
Families who enjoy a beach holiday in Mallorca love the beach of Puerto Pollença. The light-coloured sand slopes gently into shallow water, creating ideal bathing conditions for children. The marina in Port de Pollenca is one of the most popular marinas on Mallorca. The “Reial Club Nàutic Port de Pollença” is the only royal marina on the Balearic Islands, along with the port of Palma de Mallorca.
