Vacation Majorca in a Villa with private pool in Pollensa. The Villa with pool in Pollensa, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and beautiful outdoor areas, is the perfect villa for a relaxed escape in the sun . The Villa with pool in Pollença offers spacious outdoor areas with views of the Tramuntana mountains and ensures relaxation under the radiant Majorcan sun.
The Villa with pool in Majorca a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra).
It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends. There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings.
The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter time. (The use is charged according to consumption.)
The beaches of Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia are 10 minutes away by car. Pollensa is about 4 km away. In the Villa with pool in Pollensa you live in peace, in nature and have beaches and shopping facilities nearby.

On the Plaça Mayor, in the heart of Pollença, life pulsates between the church and the "Club Pollença". See and be seen, young and old meet here. A lovely place to linger and soak up the flair of this beautiful town on the terrace of the "Ca'n Moixet" (Pollença's living room). With a view of the "Puig de Maria" (Pollença's local mountain with monastery), the traveller immediately feels at home. Sundays are market day.
In addition to the beautiful old town, the "Calvary Stairs" with its 365 steps is an attraction in Pollença. Once you reach the top, you have a wonderful view over the town. There are small bathing bays and long sandy beaches that can be reached in 10 - 20 minutes by car.

• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns in der Villa sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Kleine Lebensmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Kaffee usw. waren vorhanden. Die Zimmer mit viel Platz für Kleidung und Koffer. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Sauber, keine durchgelegenen Matratzen und dicke Bettdecken der Jahreszeit entsprechend. Ein Dank geht auch an Martina und Xavi die immer freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.

Sehr gute Lage, keine direkten Nachbarn aber nicht einsam gelegen. man gelangt durch ein elektrisches Tor (wird auch vom Nachbarhaus benutzt) auf das Geländeman ist in 5-10 min am Strand und Supermarkt oder Pollencaschöne Raumaufteilung, helles, Wohnzimmer, offene Küche und sehr grosszügig ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, Gewürzen, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Gasherd und kleiner Willkommesgrussalles sehr sauberXavi sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (Schloss tauschen, Gasflasche wechseln, Poolreinigung) und war immer erreichbar und vor Ort, Martina ebensoSelf check in mit Schlüsselbox (bei uns war Xavi vor Ort)Uns hat es sehr gut Gefallen mit 2 kleinen Kindern!

The finca was even better than on the pictures. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday was there. The pool was great and the kitchen well equipped. We couldn’t think of a better place to spend our holiday!

We stayed at the finca for a few days at the end of October/beginning of November. It is very easy to reach from Pollensa, via a narrow but comfortable road. The main house is very beautiful. We were just two people and chose the bedroom on the first floor with an impressive terrace. The beds are very comfortable. Due to the many animal noises (barking of dogs, crowing of roosters), we kept the windows closed and could then sleep peacefully. The bathroom on the first floor is very large, but the lighting is somewhat harsh. The lighting in the en-suite bathroom on the lower floor is much more pleasant. The outdoor area is simply wonderful: a beautifully landscaped garden with many palm trees and an impressive view of the mountains. We have never been to such a beautiful area in Mallorca (and we have been there often). Thanks also to Martina for the good communication and quick response. We would rent the finca again anytime.

The villa is very pleasant in the quiet countryside, with a nice garden and a large pool. There are no direct neighbors, and you will be in a private setting. The beaches are accessible by car in 15 minutes, as well as the town. Excellent communication with Martina, who is very responsive if you need anything.

We had a wonderful week at Martina's finca. Special highlights: Great location - no direct neighbors, completely quiet, not visible, yet in 10 minutes by car to Alcudia or Pollenca. View - beautiful mountain panorama. Garden area - large private pool, very nicely landscaped garden with a lawn that felt like a mattress. Built-in grill and a pool bed. Amenities - nothing was missing, there was even an infrared sauna and work materials. Martina and Xavi - very eager, immediate response to questions, check-in and check-out moved forward or backward without problems. If only there were hosts like Martina, Airbnb wouldn't need support. We would book immediately again - and will probably do so.

This country house exceeded our expectations. We particularly liked the northeast orientation of the bedroom with terrace. The view was indescribably beautiful, allowing us to enjoy our vacation ritual "coffee in bed" very much. We were there in winter and can therefore say that the heating worked well. With the many terrace spots, we always found the perfect place for ourselves. Directly next to the kitchen is the wind-protected terrace, so we could lie in the sun without freezing even in the wind. Note: The house is located in the countryside. This means absolute peace and a non-visible property, which we also liked very much. However, some neighbors have animals, e.g., chickens and dogs that make corresponding noises, which usually did not disturb us. A car is required. With it, you can quickly get to nice places. We would love to come back :-). The host is really nice. We would love to come back.

Gorgeous and spacious place. The host is very responsive and will make sure that you enjoy your stay. Very clean. We would go back anytime. The only negative comment I would say is that there were ants in the house, but we understand that this is common in that kind of houses in the area.
