Description
Vacation Majorca in a Villa with private pool in Pollensa. The Villa with pool in Pollensa, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and beautiful outdoor areas, is the perfect villa for a relaxed escape in the sun . The Villa with pool in Pollença offers spacious outdoor areas with views of the Tramuntana mountains and ensures relaxation under the radiant Majorcan sun.
The Villa with pool in Majorca a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra).
It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends. There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings.
The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter time. (The use is charged according to consumption.)
The beaches of Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia are 10 minutes away by car. Pollensa is about 4 km away. In the Villa with pool in Pollensa you live in peace, in nature and have beaches and shopping facilities nearby.

The romantic winding alleys and stairways with their stone facades, nice restaurants and small shops date back to Arab times and invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the historic old town. On the Plaça Mayor, in the heart of Pollença, life pulsates between the church and the "Club Pollença". See and be seen, young and old meet here. A lovely place to linger and soak up the flair of this beautiful town on the terrace of the "Ca'n Moixet" (Pollença's living room). With a view of the "Puig de Maria" (Pollença's local mountain with monastery), the traveller immediately feels at home. Sundays are market day.
In addition to the beautiful old town, the "Calvary Stairs" with its 365 steps is an attraction in Pollença. Once you reach the top, you have a wonderful view over the town. There are small bathing bays and long sandy beaches that can be reached in 10 - 20 minutes by car.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

The surroundings are beautiful and peacefully located. We felt at home in the villa right away. Small groceries like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, etc. were available. The rooms had plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. The beds were very good. Clean, no sagging mattresses, and thick comforters suitable for the season. Thanks also to Martina and Xavi, who were always friendly and helpful.

Very good location, no direct neighbors but not situated in isolation. One arrives through an electric gate (also used by the neighboring house) to the property. One is at the beach and supermarket or Pollenca in 5-10 minutes. Beautiful room layout, bright living room, open kitchen, and very generously equipped with cooking utensils, spices, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, gas stove, and a small welcome gift. Everything very clean. Xavi very helpful and friendly (changing locks, swapping gas bottles, pool cleaning) and was always reachable and on-site, as was Martina. Self check-in with key box (Xavi was on-site for us). We really enjoyed it with 2 small children!

The farm was even better than in the pictures. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday was there. The pool was great and the kitchen well equipped. We couldn’t think of a better place to spend our holiday!

Back from a lovely week at the finca. Great location within easy reach of Pollensa old town and the port and restaurants. Great recommendations and Martina was really quick to reply to queries. Would highly recommend.
