The Holiday home

Enjoy great mountain views from the garden and the pool, while you dining with your family or freshen up in the 10m x 5m saltwater pool (with a depth ranging from 0,8-1,8m). There are six sun loungers to rest and sunbathe, beside the pool. On the other side of the house, you will find a marvellous, thatched roof terrace,where you will surely spend memorable times, since it features a barbecue, a dining table with 8 chairs and a comfortable chill-out seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a crafted bench. The 200 m2 paved garden area is fenced and there are no direct neighbours around, so you will enjoy total privacy.

The 180m2-house is ground floor only. The entrance opens into a huge, rustic space, providing a living-dining room, as well as an open kitchen. The seating area counts with a big sofa, 2 arm chairs and satellite TV and wifi. The dining table offers 10 seats and a wooden stove that enliven the atmosphere during the coldest days. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, a gas hob, an electric oven, a wood oven and all the necessary utensils to do some good cooking with your loved ones. The accommodation also provides our guests with a separate laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with wardrobe: 2 with a double bed (one of them features an en-suite bathroom with a shower) and 1 with 2 single beds. There is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Campanet, at only 12 km from Pollença. In Campanet you will find a grocery store for your basic needs, as well as a few bars and restaurants. For other services, you should go to Sa Pobla, which is situated at 5 km from the house. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, at 17 km, a fine sandy beach and easy to reach. Right in front of the house, you have the privilege to visit the Fonts Ufanes, where (after a few days of lots of rain) the water sprouts out of the earth with 1-3 m3/sec. It is a short, easy hike, even for children. The area of Campanet offers lots of cycling routes, as well as start points for beautiful hikes, as it is situated on the skirt of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO since 2011.

Note: This renting does not accept customers under 30 years old, except in those cases that they travel with their parents. We do need ID copies of each person to be able to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
