The plot is 25,000 m² and the house has a surface area of 160 m² distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. All rooms are outside and with a view of the garden and the pool.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living-dining room, it is comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home and not miss anything during your holiday, but without a doubt where you will spend most of your time is in the exterior areas of the property.
This area is an ideal place to swim in the 13.00 x 7.00 m pool with a depth of 1.10 to 1.85 m and steps for easy access. Sunbathe and relax on a deck chair in the shade of a tree or play with the little ones on the lawn. Dine open air in the shade of the veranda or barbecue area, talk and spend evenings together in a natural and peaceful setting surrounded by fruit and ornamental trees.
If you like to play tennis or want to start, there is a lovely court where you can play and enjoy.
The finca is 800 metres from Búger, a small, pretty village in the inland of Mallorca, well connected to the rest of the island, where you will find all services such as supermarket, shops and restaurants. The patron saint festival takes place on June 29th.
