The Reitdackhus is a stylishly furnished, thatched semi-detached house in the Mariannenweg holiday resort – a quiet retreat for all who appreciate relaxation, comfort, and high-quality amenities. With its own sauna, sunny southwest-facing terrace, and lovingly designed living spaces, the house offers ideal conditions for relaxing holidays—whether as a couple or a family.

The holiday home features two bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a sauna, as well as an open living and dining area with integrated kitchen. Living & Enjoying
On the ground floor is the bright living area with a cozy seating corner and flat-screen TV.
The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for relaxed cooking evenings.
A modern bathroom with walk-in shower provides additional comfort.
The highlight: The sunny southwest terrace with beach chair and view of the greenery – perfect for quiet hours in the afternoon and evening. Sleeping & Relaxing
Upstairs, you will find two tastefully furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1.80 × 2.00 m and 1.60 × 2.00 m) as well as generous storage space.
For special relaxation, the in-house sauna provides the perfect retreat – ideal after an active day at the Baltic Sea.
A washing machine is also available for your use.
Please understand that grilling with gas or charcoal as well as the use of fireworks is not permitted in the house or on the premises.

The Mariannenweg holiday resort is a well-maintained, park-like complex with generously arranged semi-detached houses and borders directly on the idyllic salt meadows of Boltenhagen – ideal for all those seeking relaxation in a peaceful setting.
The expansive Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Surroundings & Infrastructure
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity:
An organic food store as well as supermarkets such as EDEKA and Netto are within walking distance.
A selection of restaurants and cafés can also be easily reached on foot, so you can enjoy your holiday in a relaxed manner without a car.
On the way to the beach, there is also a climbing and high ropes course – a nice destination for families and active guests.
The town center of Boltenhagen as well as the marina can be reached after about 1.5 km. Parking & Grounds
The holiday resort is traffic-calmed, providing an especially quiet and safe atmosphere.
A designated parking space (No. 16a) belongs to the house and is located at the entrance of the complex.
For arrival and departure, the grounds can of course be accessed by car.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: We undertake to immediately re-let the period after receiving the cancellation. In this case, the tenant will not incur any further costs except for the processing fee and booking fee. If it is not possible to re-let the cancelled period in whole or in part, we will charge the tenant a lump-sum compensation, which is calculated as follows: A compensation fee of 20% of the rental amount will be charged if the tenant cancels the booking in the period from the conclusion of the rental agreement up to 6 weeks before arrival. If the rental agreement is cancelled between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival, a compensation fee of 60% of the rental costs will be charged; for cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, 80% will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days up to the day of arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental amount (100%). With the landlord’s consent, the tenant may provide a substitute tenant who will assume the rights and obligations of the rental agreement. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Families - Feel-good vacation with sauna
We had a wonderful vacation as a family. The house is well-maintained, high-quality, and very clean. A children's chair and bed are available, and in the evenings we really enjoyed the integrated sauna. The playground at the entrance of the resort was great, and of course, the short walk to the Baltic Sea.

Perfect vacation for two

Pure relaxation in a high-quality environment
We booked the vacation home for Easter and were thrilled. The house offers enough space for four people with two bedrooms. It is well equipped, very clean, and really has everything you need. Holiday home with charm
We had a really nice time with friends in this holiday home. We particularly enjoyed the generous layout – everyone had enough space to relax. The sauna was a real highlight on the cooler evenings. The location to the Baltic Sea is ideal for trips to the beach, and the terrace offers a great spot to eat together or unwind at the end of the day. Overall, a very successful vacation experience!

Pure relaxation in a dreamlike holiday home
We booked this beautiful holiday home for winter 2024 and were completely thrilled. The booking as well as the check-in and check-out went smoothly and professionally – truly great service.
The house is modern and tastefully decorated, very quiet, and was absolutely clean upon our arrival. We especially liked the small yet fine sauna for two people and the well-maintained and cozy bedrooms. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is also available.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home and would be happy to return.
