Our detached holiday home is about 5 minutes' walk from the bay with its small beach. With over 100m², the house offers space for up to 6 people. The spacious living and dining area with modern fitted kitchen and a large seating area is ideal for spending hours together. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and the garden. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, of which 2 rooms have access to the garden. Two bedrooms also have a satellite TV. A large shower room with toilet and 2 vanities, and a toilet with sink complete the offer. The fenced property with old trees offers plenty of space to play and relax on 1000m². Here you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill. Parking is available directly on the property.
Dogs are welcome on request and will find enough space on the fully fenced property.
It is a non-smoking house.

Location and surroundings of object
Klausdorf is about 15km from Stralsund and is part of the Western Pomeranian lagoon landscape.
Only about 200m from the house you will find a restaurant and the Vorpommenhus, which regularly offers cultural events.
The Bodden with its gently sloping beach is ideal for children. Especially because of the warmer temperature of the lagoon waters, you can enjoy more bathing here.
The Barhöft marina, 4 km away, is a popular destination in the surrounding area.
Day trips to the islands of Rügen () and Hiddensee and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula () are highly recommended. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund attracts with a visit to the Oceanum or the sea museum.
In spring and autumn, Klausdorf is the destination of tens of thousands of cranes that rest in the surrounding fields.

A large and very well equipped holiday home. It was more than enough for us (2 adults and 1 child).
The large garden and the location near Stralsund is perfect for families with children.

Beautiful holiday home
Well laid out detached holiday home. Nice fenced garden.
The house was very clean when we arrived. A very nice newly renovated bathroom to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, but we were missing a casserole dish and a cheese grater. The location of the house is very good, especially with a dog. You are right in the nature for beautiful walks. The sunrise over the Bodden is wonderful.
We will definitely come back again.
