Description
We rent out our small holiday flat to a maximum of two people. There is a bed in the flat which can be used as a couch during the day. When occupied by two people, it can be used as a double bed (1.6 m x 2.00 m). In the living room and bedroom there is a small kitchen for self-catering. The bathroom is well arranged and spacious.
You can use the adjoining terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
Klausdorf is located directly at the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft and at the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The municipality of Klausdorf is a state-recognised resort and is also a popular destination for locals. The community has a large new harbour, and various culinary options. For shopping, you can drive or cycle to the neighbouring village 2.5 km away, where you will find a supermarket and a bakery. In the season, you can also buy Sunday rolls in our harbour (Barhöft). Everything else is available in Stralsund, 15 km away.
Klausdorf lies directly on the water and has its own small beach. From Klausdorf you can reach the white Baltic beaches of Fischland Darß-Zingst (Zingst approx. 40 min.) and the island of Rügen by car.
From Stralsund you can visit the island of Hiddensee in a day trip.

You will receive a refund of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee (10% of the rental price) if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount. Information on cancellations related to the coronavirus: On June 4, 2021, we will reopen our vacation rental. 1. If there is a ban on tourist overnight stays before arrival, we as landlords will of course cancel your booking. You will receive your deposit back in full. 2. If there is a ban on tourist overnight stays during your stay with us, the costs will be charged proportionally for the actual time spent or services used. 3. To protect yourself from possible costs due to your own coronavirus illness or in the event of a positive COVID-19 test, we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance that protects you in these cases.

The Baltic Sea Cycle Path leads through Klausdorf. You can also plan a variety of tours from here by bike and enjoy water, nature and also culture.
In spring and especially in autumn, we experience a gigantic natural spectacle when tens of thousands of cranes fly into our region to fortify themselves for their onward flight.

20 m² can be quite large
We immediately felt very comfortable in the flat and found everything to our satisfaction. The contact with the landlords was very warm and friendly. The furnishings and layout of the flat are so cleverly designed that we did not notice the "only 20 m²" living space. The separate location and the spacious terrace strengthen this impression. Information material for various activities is available in abundance, and the hosts are also happy to provide detailed information about "insider tips". Dear Reinwarth family, thank you very much for a relaxing holiday.
