2022/23 newly built two-story semi-detached house for up to 6 people. Non-smoking house. The holiday home "Inselblick" features high-quality amenities with cozy furnishings in a modern maritime country house style. There are, among other things, 3 bedrooms with views of the Bodden, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove. Each room on the upper floor has a window with insect screens, and there is also an insect screen door in the terrace area of the living room. For a cozy get-together, there is a sauna, sunbathing lawn, furnished terrace, and a charcoal fireplace grill in the garden. 3 parking spaces at the house, holidays with babies and children possible, small dog on request, property not fenced.

(In the winter months, the outdoor shower is turned off.)

Location and surroundings of object

Wendisch Langendorf is a district of Groß Mohrdorf in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park and is situated very quietly right on the Bodden “Am Bock”. Despite the secluded, quiet location, the holiday home is an ideal and central starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. The towns of Stralsund (approx. 17 km), Barth (approx. 29 km), and Greifswald (approx. 54 km) are easily accessible. Stralsund, historic Hanseatic city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, with old town, Ozeaneum, Maritime Museum, zoo, harbor, adventure pool HanseDom and numerous shops, restaurants and cafés, is always worth a visit. Swimming opportunities are available at the Stralsund beach, the small natural beaches Barhöft (approx. 9 km, by bike approx. 5 km), Prohn (approx. 11 km, by bike approx. 7 km) and Parow (approx. 14 km) as well as on the island of Rügen and the Fischland-Darß-Zingst. There are many options for cycling and hiking tours. The Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Path is nearby (Hohendorf, Klausdorf). In spring and autumn, there are large crane resting places in the area. In Groß Mohrdorf is the NABU Crane Center and in Altenpleen the Kranorama at Lake Günzer. Fishing in the Bodden in the care and development zone and green zone from a boat (depending on the drive) and in waders in shallow water is possible. Shopping facilities (supermarket, butcher), general and dental practitioners, veterinarian, pharmacy, and ATM are located in Prohn (approx. 7.5 km), more in Stralsund.

Open living room, kitchen, and dining area. All windows with electric blackout shutters (except bathroom on the 1st floor). There is a desk workspace for home office. Sauna in the garden. Charcoal fireplace grill in the garden, also suitable for a cozy wood fire. Very quiet, somewhat secluded, but still central location directly on the Bodden "Am Bock" (opposite the nature reserve island Bock). In every season, this is the right place for nature and bird lovers, those seeking peace, and individualists. Anyone who loves holidays and relaxation far from the tourist hustle will like the holiday home.
