The holiday home with a living area of 98 sqm is divided into living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, gallery, 1 x shower/WC on the ground floor and 1 x shower/bathtub/WC on the upper floor. The holiday home has a lawn all around and is enclosed on three sides by a hedge
The terrace is located on the south side of the house. Garden furniture and sun loungers, including a parasol, are available and stored in the adjoining garden and equipment shed.
On the ground floor of the house are the living room and kitchen, on the upper floor the entire sleeping area, in detail:

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home, located on the outskirts of Zingst, with Wi-Fi connection, has a controlled ventilation system and upscale exclusive furnishings. The house is close to the beach, approx. 300 m to the Baltic Sea, opposite the Zingsthof, in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve. Zingst, the former seafarer and fishing village and at the same time a recognised seaside health resort, is nestled between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea. Zingst lies at the end of the Fischland Darß peninsula chain. There are kilometres of wide, fine-sand beaches. There are many exclusive shops in Zingst that invite you to stroll around. There are plenty of good restaurants throughout the village. There is a children's playground and an experimentarium for children with a children's restaurant. In the harbour you can sit and eat comfortably or take a boat trip with a sailing boat, a motor boat or an excursion steamer on the Bodden, all the way to the island of Hiddensee. By bike, you can make trips to the Darß primeval forest, the lighthouse in Prerow or the nature reserve in Pramort.

Nettes Haus
Das Haus wurde sehr sauber angetroffen. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war alles vorhanden und in gutem Zustand.
Leider wurde durch die angrenzende Strasse die Gemütlichkeit im Garten eingeschränkt. Es ist uns nicht verständlich in einem Feriengebiet so schnell zu fahren. Der Weg zum Strand ist recht kurz aber auch sehr unangenehm zu laufen durch die Autos die wenig rücksichtsvoll an einem vorbei rasen.
Der Garten ist kein Hingucker und wenig gepflegt oder gar liebevoll gestaltet.
Strandkorbanmietung ist nicht in der Nähe.
Zu erwähnen sind noch die vielen Mücken die einem das Sitzen auf der Terrasse besonders gegen Abend verdorben haben.

Tolles Haus !
wir waren zu zweit mit Hund im Juni 2015 in dem Haus Kiek Över 33.
Es liegt in ruhig in einer Art Sackgasse. Es ist das vorletzte Haus vor Beginn des Naturschutzgebietes. Einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist rundum sehr gut. Tolles Bad im OG. Heller offener Küchen-Wohnbereich. Der Garten ist weitgehend geschlossen. Mit Hund prima geeignet. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Nächster Urlaub im Haus bereits gebucht.
