The spacious holiday home with 350 m² of living space and five cozy bedrooms offers plenty of room for shared vacation moments. Three comfortable bathrooms ensure a relaxed start to the day. In the spacious garden, a magnificent large swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 m awaits you, surrounded by well-kept lawn and Mediterranean plants – ideal for sunbathing or a refreshing dip. On the shaded terrace with high-quality garden furniture, you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors and cozy barbecue evenings.

Inside, air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures, while the fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Here you will find a kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Fresh bed linen and towels are of course provided. For entertainment, a huge smart TV is available. A washing machine, iron, and hairdryer offer additional comfort.

The house is located in the nature reserve of Parc natural de Móndrago. From the house, there are about 3 km
4 different bathing coves (Calas Mondrago, S'amarador, Borgit and Barca) and the small pretty harbor
Porto Pedro with various restaurants and boat rentals. Santanyi with its shopping facilities is also only
10 minutes by car from the house.
