We were warmly welcomed by Maurizius upon our arrival. He gave us many helpful tips and communication was very uncomplicated. The house is very large and well equipped. The surroundings are fantastic. The garden with the pool is well maintained and we spent many pleasant hours there. The supermarket is only 10 minutes away. The beaches are also easily accessible in a 30 min drive. We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime. Thank you Maurizio (Also for the delicious gelato!!!!)

The great pictures of Villa de Carlonis and all the positive reports bring back memories of our dream holiday 2 years ago. Leo welcomed us with great hospitality, was always there for us and even cooked for us once with his family. The house leaves nothing to be desired: Modern, beautiful rooms, fully equipped kitchen, large pool and a dreamlike view over the hilly landscape. As three families with a total of five children, we had plenty of space in the spacious house and on the large terrace. Due to the good location, you can quickly reach the beach or the hinterland and make many beautiful excursions, e.g. to huge stalactite caves, beautiful lakes, mountain hiking and much more. We would be very happy if we could be guests in this beautiful villa again soon.

Maurizios Villa ist ein wundervolles Refugium in den Bergen der Region Marken, wo man all die schönen Freuden der italienischen Küche und Landschaft genießen kann. Eine 30-minütige Fahrt zum Meer wird leicht überwunden von atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen und Blicken in die fernen Hügel und einem tollen Poolbereich mit Palmen, Pizzaofen, Sonnenliegen (viel Sonne!!!) und allem, was einen tollen Sommerurlaub erfordert.
Maurizio war ein reizender Gastgeber, hilfsbereit mit zahlreichen lokalen Insidertipps und allem, was einen unvergesslichen Urlaub betrifft. Wir können es kaum erwarten, unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Maurizios Villa Il Querceto zu verbringen - wir alle haben es geliebt.
