Description
Villa Ruffini has a wonderful panoramic view, and is only 20 km from the sea. The house is 200 square metres in size, and is divided as follows:
-Ground floor a large kitchen equipped with everything you need (fridge with freezer, electric oven , gas hob, dishes , glasses , cutlery, tablecloths, pots, ) a large living room with a large table where we can all eat together, a very spacious bathroom, and a bedroom ( double bed + 2 single beds ).
-On the first floor there are the other 3 rooms: a quadruple room ( double bed + 2 single beds ), a triple room ( double bed + 1 single bed ), a triple room ( double bed + 1 single bed ) and a large bathroom.
Outside there is a swimming pool with a beautiful panoramic view, sun loungers, a gazebo equipped with tables and chairs where you can eat all together, a barbecue, wood-burning oven, and a large park surrounding the entire house where children can play and have fun.
Both in the house and outside we have free wifi internet .
A large car park completes the property

The house is located in the town of Monte San Giusto, and is only 15km from the sea. The Villa is located in the countryside, has no neighbors, and enjoys absolute privacy. Fantastic family and friends holiday
Great place to stay for families with children or bigger group of friends .
Very nice big house , fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi , spectacular views.
The Owners - Sibilla and her family couldn't be more helpful.
