Villa Il Querceto has a private pool, can accommodate up to 20 people in 6 large rooms and has a 5000sqm park with complete privacy for guests.
On the ground floor we have a large kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay (pots, cutlery, glasses, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle, etc.) and a large dining room lunch where you can eat together.
Continue the ground floor with a large living room with several sofas and a beautiful bar perfect for making aperitifs with your friends where you can spend unique moments. There is also a billiard room and a complete bathroom with all services.
Concludes the Ground Floor a Double Sofa Bed + 1 folding bed
Rooms First floor:
Room 1: Double bed + 2 single beds
Bedroom 2: Double Bed + 1 Single bed + 1 Crib
Room 3: 2 Single Beds
Room 4: Double bed + 1 Single bed double room, a double room.
Also in this floor we have a large bathroom complete with all services.

Our Villa is located in a very convenient and easy to find location. Coming from the A14 motorway, exit at Civitanova Marche, take the SS77 highway towards Macerata-Tolentino, and exit at Morrovalle and then follow the signs for Monte San Giusto. When you reach Monte San Giusto, turn right at the traffic lights and continue until you reach Frazione Macina. When you are in Frazione Macina you will find the Stop, turn right and along the road you will find our sign.

Traumhaft!
Wir wurden von Maurizius bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gross und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist gut gepflegt und wir haben dort viele gemütliche Stunden verbracht. Der Supermarkt ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch die Strände sind in 30 min Autofahrt gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Maurizio (Auch für die leckeren Gelato!!!!)

Beautiful house, great host
Maurizio's villa is a wonderful retreat in the mountains of Marche, where one can enjoy all the beautiful joys of italian cuisine and landscape. A 30 minute ride to the sea is easily overcome by breathtaking sundowns and views into far hills and a great poolside with palms, pizza oven, sun chairs (lots of sun!!!!) and everything a great summer vacation requires.
Maurizio was a lovely host, helpful with plenty of local insides and everything regarding a memorable vacation.
We can't wait for our next stay at Maurizio's Villa Il Querceto - we all loved it

Vacanza all italiana
Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questa bellissima villa, con splendida piscina e vista sulle colline marchigiane. La casa ampia e spaziosa ,dotata di tanti comfort e' dislocata su 2 piani con le camere disposte ai piani superiori, alcune con aria condizionata. Accanto alla piscina , gazebo relax ....noi ne abbiamo fatto angolo aperitivo . Che dire ... assolutamente consigliato

Wunderbare Urlaubstage
Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Das Haus ist wunderschön und gemütlich, der Garten und Pool top gepflegt und einladend. Bei Fragen waren die Eigentümer sofort behilflich. Zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen. Zum Meer dauert es zwar knapp 30 Minuten aber das hat nicht gestört.
