Immersed in the gentle hilly landscape of the Marche region, Casa Ansietta will leave you breathless for the wonderful scenery that surrounds it: from here the view sweeps from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini Mountains, the famous 'Blue Mountains' sung about by Leopardi.
Just a few kilometres away from the most important tourist attractions in the area, Casa Ansietta is easily accessible from the highway 77 that connects the sea to the mountains.
Equipped with a free private car park, Casa Ansietta offers guests three flats with non-smoking rooms, with private kitchens and bathrooms.
It also features a shared relaxation area with a fully equipped kitchen and games, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, a garden, and a barbecue area.
Flat Girasole
The Girasole flat is located on the first floor of the farmhouse and has a panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of the inland villages and the Sibillini Mountains.
It consists of a living room complete with kitchen and two large sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom, allowing it to accommodate two families or groups of guests at the same time.
The flat can accommodate up to 8 people spread over three rooms, one double, one with two single beds and one double with a bunk bed.
Flat Glicine
The Glicine flat is on two levels with its own entrance.
On the first floor there is a large living room and a panoramic terrace, on the second floor there is a large sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with private bathroom, two bedrooms each with two single beds and a bathroom.
The flat can accommodate up to 8 persons.
Melograno Apartment
The Melograno (Pomegranate) flat is on the ground floor of the farmhouse with its own entrance from the pool side and offers a splendid view of the Marche hills.
Spread over four rooms, it consists of a living room complete with kitchen, an independent bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
It can accommodate up to four persons.
The flat also has a furnished outdoor gazebo.

Casa Ansietta began life as a farmhouse, probably built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Ennio and Ansietta moved into this house in the 1970s and, in a few years, formed a family with two children: Paolo and Emanuela.
Ennio and Ansietta worked the land surrounding the cottage with love and passion, and also ran a cattle farm.
Forced, out of necessity, to abandon the house in the 1980s, the family has always remained attached to these walls, to which so many memories and affections bind them; for this reason they have continued to manage the farming activity on these lands with the same care as in the early years, and with the ever-living intention of reviving the house.
On the initiative of Ansietta, the beating heart of the family and promoter of the rebirth of the house, in 2013 the idea of transforming the farmhouse into an agritourism came to fruition.
The intention is now a reality thanks to the tenacity and perseverance of Ennio who, with the help of his children, has brought Ansietta's dream to fruition. Ansietta passed away a few months after the project was launched. This is why the house is dedicated to her memory, not only in the name, but also in many details dear to her that characterise the farmhouse. The renovation also sought to preserve the structure's original appearance, preserving the old, massive wooden beams and characteristic masonry vaults.
In the spirit of hospitality and thoughtfulness that characterised Ansietta, her house is ready to welcome you and make you fall in love with the enchanting scenery of art and beauty and the tranquillity that surrounds it. Welcome!
