Casale Vigneto is a beautiful villa with a private pool in Le Marche. It was born from its owners’ passion for viticulture, which is also reflected in its name – “Vineyard” – thus evoking the perfect combination of nature and taste. Nestled in a lovely and young vineyard, it still preserves the architecture of the traditional farmhouses of Le Marche. The structure is distinguished by refined taste, combined with carefully selected furnishings that are both comfortable and inviting. The property is surrounded by a large garden with a magnificent saltwater pool with Roman steps, overlooking the vineyard. Near the pool area there is a spacious pergola that provides shade. Directly connected to the living room of the house, there is also a veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. On the grounds, the owners have a wine cellar with the possibility of wine tastings.
The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with direct access to the veranda, a large kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a utility room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of them with a bathtub, a twin bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower. In one of the double bedrooms, two child-friendly camp beds can be set up.

Here is the translation to English: The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, entails payment of the following penalties: – 25% of the total price of the reservation in the case of cancellation communicated up to the 45th day before the start of the stay; – 60% of the total price of the reservation in the case of cancellation communicated between the 44th and the 30th day before the start of the stay; – 80% of the total price of the reservation in the case of cancellation communicated between the 29th and the 15th day before the start of the stay; – 100% of the total price of the reservation in the case of cancellation communicated within the 14 days preceding the start of the stay. In addition to the penalties listed above, the cancellation of a reservation, regardless of when it is communicated, always entails the payment, as a penalty and with no right to a refund, of any amounts paid at the time of booking as ancillary services (booking fees, commissions, other additional charges, etc.).
