Description
The Villa DeCarlonis has 5 rooms all with en suite bathroom and can accommodate up to 16/18 people. The Villa is completely new and has a large 7 meter wide pool for 18 meters long, with a large whirlpool area and a Gajser for an exceptional relaxing experience! The pool is complete with mattresses with mattresses. In the house we have a full kitchen of all appliances such as Refrigerator, Oven, Stoves, Dishwasher, Kettle, Microwave, American Coffee Machine, Moka etc .. and all equipment such as Dishes, Glasses, Forks, Pots, Tablecloths etc .. you have a large living area with large leather sofas, a table for 20 people where you can eat all together, and free Wi-Fi. In the rooms you will already find all the linens available with sheets and towel set complete and in the bathroom of each room you will find a hairdryer. There are also cots if required. The house is equipped with a laundry room and laundry service. Outside there is a large Gadzebo where you can eat outdoors with tables and chairs along with a large gas barbecue! Complete the property with a 7000mq park! The house is only 12 km from the sea is close to all main services.

Villa De Carlonis is located in Monte San Giusto in Via Fonte Ancona 26. The house is very easy to reach! If you are coming from the A14 motorway exit at Civitanova Marche, then take the highway SS77 towards Macerata - Tolentino, and exit at Morrovalle. Follow the signs for Monte San Giusto and before arriving in the city center you will find along the main street Via Fonte Ancona.

Group family vacation
We booked the villa for our family vacation. We were all really satisfied.
The villa was very clean! More than enough towels, shower towels, and beach towels for everyone. There is a drink fridge outside, which is great if you have just been in the pool and want something cold to drink but don't want to go into the house wet.
One evening, the landlord cooked for us personally. Everything was brought along. Table mats, wine, and of course, the food. It was mega delicious!
We spent a lot of time at the pool or the beach (pebble beach about 20 minutes drive, sandy beach about 30 minutes drive).
The grocery stores are also nearby, but everything can only be reached by car, walking would be too far.
All in all, we would book the villa again!

Great House with lovely Owners
We spent a really nice week with a group of friends in the House and we all enjoyed it. The outside area with the easy accessible pool and terrace is perfect for spending time on warm days. The house is modern, comfortable and well equipped. We were a group of 16 and never had space issues. The parking lot is also very easily accessible.
The view is magnificent and there are beautiful cities and beaches near by.
Leonardo the owner was very helpfull and always nice. He even ordered delicious Pizza for all of us one evening.
All in all we loved our stay.

Właśnie wróciłem z przepięknej Villi De Carlonis położonej w malowniczym miejscu niedaleko małego miasteczka Monte San Giusto w regionie Marche. We wraz ze znajomymi jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, ze każdy z nowoczesnych pokoi posiadał łazienkę wyposażona w bidet i suszarkę. Każdy z pokoi ma również TV. Dom jest wyposażony w bardzo duży salon z w pełni wyposażona kuchnia (3 lodówki, express do kawy, czajnik toster, komplet i garnków i patelni rożnej wielkości). Właściciel okazał się bardzo miłym człowiekiem, pomocnym w każdym momencie. Właściciel wraz ze swoja rodzina zorganizował dla nas przepyszny obiad ze specjałami regionu Marche oraz lokalnym winem. Kąpiel w 18 metrowym, podświetlanym basenie to czysta przyjemność. Naprawdę cudowne miejsce które polecam w 100% na wypoczynek.

Super house, super holiday!
Very nice house, well-equipped kitchen, really very nice hosts. We were there with the extended family and we liked it very much. One evening the owners cooked especially for us. It was a wonderful experience and super tasty. We will certainly come again!

Super family accommodation
With the whole family (15 people), we spent a wonderful week at Villa De Carlonis. Everything was perfect: the rooms, kitchen, pool, and the beautiful outdoor terrace. The children felt just as comfortable as the adults. Leonardo and his family were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food they prepared for us was very tasty and plentiful, for both young and old, including drinks. The sea and shopping facilities are easily accessible. We highly recommend the house for large families and groups!

Unforgettable
Villa de Carlonis is a beautiful house. As we were a very large group, we also rented Villa il Noceto (a second villa from the same landlord, located next to Villa de Carlonis)
There was nothing to complain about in either house. On the first evening after the long drive, the entire group was surprised with a dinner from the landlord. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evenings and the bedrooms and bathrooms were also spacious and well maintained. Each villa still had a large lounge and outside there was a canopy where you could hang out with everyone. If you had any question or request, the landlord helped immediately. They are incredibly nice and helpful.
Our week with you was really perfect.
In addition, my wife and I got married on the two properties that week. Again, the landlord was incredibly helpful and treated us like friends, contacting the caterer and florist for us and helping us everywhere he could without charging a cent more. Thanks to him and his wife we had an unforgettable wedding.
I highly recommend both villas, Villa de Carlonis and Villa il Noceto, and would give them 10 stars if I could.

Dreamlike villa
The great pictures of Villa de Carlonis and all the positive reports bring back memories of our dream holiday 2 years ago. Leo welcomed us with great hospitality, was always there for us and even cooked for us once with his family. The house leaves nothing to be desired: Modern, beautiful rooms, fully equipped kitchen, large pool and a dreamlike view over the hilly landscape. As three families with a total of five children, we had plenty of space in the spacious house and on the large terrace. Due to the good location, you can quickly reach the beach or the hinterland and make many beautiful excursions, e.g. to huge stalactite caves, beautiful lakes, mountain hiking and much more. We would be very happy if we could be guests in this beautiful villa again soon.

Extraordinary
The house is very nice , modern ,new and very well equipped . We felt very comfortable there. The pool and the whole complex are very well maintained. Mr. Leonardo and his family welcomed us very friendly , the hospitality of the family is hard to beat. The best proof: all our grandchildren wanted to stay there and we promised them that we would definitely come back.

Great stay
Unreservedly recommendable! Great cottage, still very new and quite modern with a clever layout and excellent facilities. Everything on one level, spacious and yet compact, with short distances, also to the well-maintained pool, which is also a highlight. The location is great, Civitanova (beach) is about 15 minutes away. Leo and his family are extremely pleasant landlords, who cannot be topped in terms of cordiality (among other things, we were sensationally cooked and catered for on a wonderful evening), but are completely unobtrusive
The property is not barrier-free, among other things there are some (few) steps to the house and the pool, and the showers are not accessible. Those concerned should check with Leo in advance whether the property meets their personal requirements.
