The largely agricultural region is known above all for its more than 3,000 historic windmills, varied and lush vegetation, sleepy villages and traditional weekly markets - above all the farmers' market in Sineu, which has been held every Wednesday without interruption since 1306.
in the heart of "Es Plà" lies Llubí, a dreamy little village with 2,000 inhabitants, where life is lived a little more contemplatively and slowly.

Two kilometres from Llubí lies the finca "Cel i Sol", which means "sky and sun" in the Mallorquí language.
Away from civilisation, surrounded by extensive nature and a few small fincas inhabited by warm-hearted Mallorcans and traditionally used for agricultural purposes.
the finca "Cel i Sol" has also been used exclusively for agricultural purposes since it was built in the 1980s. Since 2021, it has been offered for holiday rental for the first time.
it has been completely renovated, modernised and equipped with heating, fireplace, air conditioning and WiFi.

THE EXTERIOR
the detached, two-storey finca stands on a 7,000 square metre plot - surrounded by olive, orange, almond and pomegranate trees, artichoke bushes, palms and cacti.
right next to the main building is the modern saltwater pool with a large terrace area and the lawn with comfortable sun loungers and large parasols.
The covered terrace in front of the main entrance with its large marble table, hammock and cosy seating area invites you to linger carefree in the shade.
on the expansive sun roof terrace on the upper floor, the view sweeps over the lush greenery of the Mallorcan hinterland.
the outdoor kitchen has a barbecue and a traditional pizza oven.
THE DINING AND LIVING AREA
The ground floor of the finca is dominated by the bright, open-plan living and dining area with large, rustic dining table and modern glazed fireplace for cosy warmth on cool evenings.
in the living room, a comfortable leather sofa invites you to spend relaxing evenings watching TV.
The modern LED flat-screen TV offers satellite TV with all relevant German TV channels. In addition, guest accounts for Netflix, Prime Video and Disney Plus are available for free use.
a Sonos WiFi sound system ensures unlimited music enjoyment.
THE KITCHEN
The open, light-flooded kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, oven, gas cooker, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, as well as an extensive assortment of kitchen utensils.
next to the kitchen is a small daylight bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Throughout the house, as well as in the outdoor areas, there is access to the in-house WiFi network.
THE SLEEPING AREA
Upstairs are all three bedrooms and two further bathrooms with natural light.
Here you will also find access to the 30-square-metre roof terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and is especially great for enjoying the morning sun.
All rooms on the upper floor also look out onto the greenery.
all bedrooms have heating and air conditioning. There are insect screens and shutters in front of the windows.
All beds are equipped with high-quality pocket spring mattresses.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with washbasin, hairdryer, WC, and bath with rain shower. The bed measures 180x200cm.
the beds in the other two bedrooms measure 160x200cm.
The separate bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, make-up mirror, a shower at ground level with a rain shower and towel heating.
SERVICES
An intermediate cleaning as well as a change of bed linen and towels during the stay can be booked optionally (50 euros for the intermediate cleaning, 40 euros for the linen change, payable on site).
In addition, a shopping service for the first purchase can be booked separately (20 euros, payable on site).
For special evenings, a private chef can be booked to prepare and serve delicious traditional Mallorcan dishes and specialities on request.

HOW TO FIND US
Even the approach to the finca quickly makes the "normal" world fade away: Via an unpaved road, the path leads between natural stone walls along meadows and pastures where sheep, donkeys and black Iberico pigs graze.
With a bit of luck, you might even encounter a proud peacock.
In the background are the peaks of the Tramuntana mountains, occasionally even covered in snow in winter.
arriving at the wrought-iron gate, the pine-lined driveway leads directly to the finca.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
