Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to complain about the unacceptable conditions in Beach Villa No. 25 during our stay (3 people, 3 nights, total price €1,370). That some sand or dust is blown in near the beach is understandable. The hygienic conditions on site, however, suggest that no proper final cleaning was carried out before our arrival: Own cleaning necessity: We had to thoroughly wipe the dining table three times with new wet wipes, as it was completely dirty. Dog hair in the house: There was dog hair on the sofa as well as on the floors, which my wife had to notice while sweeping herself. Further hygiene deficiencies: Dirty windows, spiders in the sleeping area, a thick layer of dust behind the pillows, and an extremely slow internet connection. We initially tried to ignore individual points, but the deficiencies accumulated day by day. For a price of nearly €450 per night, this condition is in no way acceptable. I expect an immediate response from you as well as a proper refund. Best regards, Ömer Altuntop
