Perfect little holiday flat

If you want peace and relaxation - this is the place for you.
If you need a comfortable, well-equipped flat for up to four people - this is the place for you.
If you are looking for a flat with lots of beautiful nature around it - you will find it here!
If you love forests, lakes, fantastic routes for cycling and hiking - this is also the right place!
If you prefer super nice hosts - this is also the right place!

To be honest, we liked it so much, we would move in there ;)

I was there for a fortnight with a colleague - unfortunately for work instead of holidays - but we were able to enjoy what little free time we had. The peace and quiet was fantastic, especially for creative work, but it's also perfect for a creative holiday ;)

The accessibility is great: 5 min to the train station, which takes you to the centre of Berlin within 45 - 60 min. Two supermarkets, a village bakery (average), ice cream parlour, doctor and pharmacy are all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Likewise, various lakes are between 15 and 30 minutes away by bike; the forest is right on the doorstep. We wanted for nothing. Just remember that the shops and supermarkets are not open as long as in the big city, but with a little advance planning, that's no problem.

In this sense, we would like to thank our hosts for a very nice time and say: We would be happy to come back any time.

We stayed with children and adults in the villa, which is suitable for all ages. We are completely satisfied! The equipment, especially in the kitchen, is great!
The villa has been beautifully restored - just feel good from the first minute!
And the big plus is the very large garden with adjoining field. We could play a lot in the green, relax and watch animals... and have a wonderful barbecue in the evening :)
Last but not least: the communication with the host was very pleasant! He answers promptly, is courteous and gives helpful tips for the surroundings/culture.
Overall a great place 5+

All around a dreamlike holiday

Two wonderful weeks of holiday are coming to an end. Thank you, dear Frölich family, for giving us such a great time here with your holiday home. The location of the property alone is a dream. Thank you for the bottle of red wine as a welcome, for the well thought-out furnishings and fittings of the house and also for not promising too much or too little on your website. We were looking for peace and quiet and found it. Thanks to the weather, we were able to have almost every meal on the terrace. Your seriousness is also worth mentioning, starting with the uncomplicated booking, the description sent to us and the information folder on site.
We can only recommend you and will be happy to come back!
