The holiday home was completed in 2020 and has a living space of 67m² on 2 floors. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, an open-plan and spacious living and dining area with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and WC and air conditioning.
The terrace and garden are directly adjacent to the living area. Here you can linger on the lounge, protected by a parasol and enjoy the view. Or you can simply make yourself comfortable on the lawn. On cold days or for your general well-being, you can use our barrel sauna. There is a large sandpit for the children.

The holiday home in Zerpenschleuse is located on the northern edge of the Barnim Nature Park and the southern border of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. This area is a true paradise for nature lovers. Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and water sports are all possible here. There is also plenty for children to discover.
