Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is situated in a quiet location, away from the main road and yet the house is in the garden of a 1000 square metre property. Zepernick is located on the northern outskirts of Berlin. Surrounded by a lot of green, which invites you to go hiking and extensive bicycle tours. Due to the good connections to the public transport network, Zepernick (500m to the bus to Berlin and Bernau, 25 minutes walk to the S-Bahn to the capital) is a good starting point to explore the Barnim and Berlin with its many sights.
For the physical well-being Zepernick has numerous restaurants and pizzerias to offer. Shopping facilities for daily needs (EDEKA, NORMA) are also available in our village.

Vacation home Schmitz
This vacation rental is highly recommended. The house is very clean, the hosts are very friendly and lovable. It is located in a very quiet area, and we enjoyed our short vacation very much. It takes about 1 hour by car to reach Berlin center, and about 15 minutes by S-Bahn and U-Bahn. We thank you very much for the lovely stay!

Arrive and feel at home
The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, so that you can relax from the stress of everyday life, but also from the hustle and bustle of the big city of Berlin. The landlords are very nice and the holiday home is in a very clean condition. You will find everything you need. I would like to emphasise that the Schmitz family is very child-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We found a sandbox, a swing and a beautiful garden with fruit trees. We can only recommend this accommodation. If you want to get out into nature, this is the place to be, and if you want to go to Berlin, it's not far from here either.
