GROUND FLOOR
The lower floor (approx. 80m2) mainly consists of a large open living space. Here you will find a dining area with 4 chairs, which is connected to the kitchen by a hatch. Adjoining is a conservatory with heating (under floor heating), which can be used all year around, and which also has a sofa seating area. From there a patio leads of where you can sit outside. A bit seperate you will find yourself in a cosy lounge with a woodburning stove and a television. The sofa there can be converted into a double bed.
A spacious bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a bath is also located on this floor, together with an entry hall with coat rack.
UPPER FLOOR
Here you will find two bedrooms (each capprox. 10m2). One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other onw has two twin beds. In the latter is a second television. A small toilet is also available on the upper floor.

Location and surroundings of object
There is plenty of opportunity to get close to nature in and around Wandlitz. The landscape is one of many lakes and forests. The bathing beach at Wandlitzsee is just ten minutes' walk away, a short distance from the Wandlitzer Promenade around the woodland and lakes near the town.
Berlin's city centre is only about 25 minutes from Wandlitz by car. If you prefer not to drive, then you can also take the "Heidekrautbahn" (Heather Line) train, which runs to Berlin-Karow in 20 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn connects to the city centre, direct to the Brandenburg Gate. With an ABC Ticket you can travel throughout Berlin as well as to and from Wandlitz.

We have tried to design the cottage individually and lovingly. However, it may not correspond to common holiday homes, which are immaculately furnished according to functional standards. The garden gate is a bit stuck and the path to the house is bumpy and not suitable for people with walking problems or wheelchairs. We intend to change this in the future, but as long as we have not been able to do so, we would like to point out that this is unfortunately the case at the moment
The garden is a woodland property and we would like to preserve its character as such - with woodland lawn including moss, some pine apples and needles. You are guaranteed to see at least one squirrel when you sit in the garden, and you can listen to and watch a variety of birds under the century-old, huge trees.

Pure relaxation
The house was very cosy, modern without being too cold, and yet very rustic on the other hand. The beds were more comfortable than our own, and we wanted for nothing in terms of furnishings. The surroundings are, of course, fantastic. You'd never guess that Berlin is surrounded by such stunning scenery. We also made three trips to Berlin, you can get there and back in an hour. The contact with the hostess was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back!

Entspannt
Das Haus ist gemütlich, besonders der ausgebaute Wintergarten ist schön hell und warm. Bei Regen mit Kaffee auf der überdachten Eingangsbank zu sitzen, dem Regen zu lauschen, die Kiefern zu riechen und den Eichhörnchen beim Fangen-Spielen zuzuschauen war aber am schönsten.
Die Fußbodenheizung ist wunderbar und macht komischerweise die Luft nicht so trocken wie andere solche Heizsysteme. Alles, was wir zu unserem Wohlfühl-Glück brauchten, war vorhanden im Haus. Es ist schön ruhig, obwohl das Haus zu allen Seiten Nachbarn hat. Der Wald ist schön hügelig mit teilweise spannenden Schleichpfaden. Ein See schöner als der andere und weil sowieso alle immer zum Libnitzsee gehen, sind die anderen kleineren davor oft menschenleer. Last but not least: Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

Relaxed weekend
We were there for a long weekend. The house was exactly as described, quiet, cosy, and perfect for us couples. There is Wi-Fi and we heated the fireplace in the evenings. A nice place to recharge your batteries for a while.

Ruhig und gemütlich
Nahe am Wald und vielen Seen liegt dieses Haus in einer Wohnsiedlung. Der Waldrand liegt nur 1m entfernt, und ist ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Das Haus selbst hat Charakter und ist sehr gemütlich. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich unten und 2 Schlafzimmer oben. Die zwei Terrassen, eine kleine vorn und eine größere hinten, sind der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Vögeln zu lauschen. Ab und an kommt auch mal ein Igel vorbei, und natürlich die Eichhörnchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben zu dritt ein verlängertes Winterwochenende in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist total gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Der Kontakt mit allen Beteiligten war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Die Umgebung lädt mit der unmittelbaren Nähe zu Wald und Wasser zum Erholen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haus zum Verlieben
Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und strahlt bis in jede Ecke Wärme und Gemütlichkeit aus. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist vollständig und sehr modern ausgestattet, sodass man hier auch super Kochen kann. Mit Durchreiche zum Esstisch ist sie zudem auch sehr praktisch. Fußbodenheizung im schönen Wintergarten und im Bad mit der tollen Wanne runden das Wohlfühlerlebnis ab. Auch die Dusche ist toll.
Die Lage am Waldrand ist sehr ruhig und dennoch sehr gut zu ereichen. Man ist hier ungestört. Für wärmere Tage verfügt das Haus über eine hübsche Terrasse. Die Buchung ist sehr unkompliziert. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm. Die Seen und die Wälder um Wandlitz laden zu jeder Jahreszeit zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen, Radtouren und Wanderungen ein.
Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft auch gern weiter.

Alltag vergessen im Eichhörnchenhaus
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.Obwohl zwei Fernseher im Haus sind lief keiner. Stattdessen Spaziergang im nahe gelegenen Wald,Quatschen am Kamin, gemeinsames Spiel im gemütlichen Wintergarten und da wir Räder im Gepäck hatten radelten wir zum Liepnitzsee und in die Waldsiedlung und danach Einkehr im ortsansässigen Brauhaus.Und für uns Städter sind die um das Haus turnenden Eichhörnchen natürlich der Hit. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Bei Fragen findet man sofort ein offenes Ohr. Die gesamte Abwicklung lief sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus kann man sehr gut mit Freunden mieten oder für einen Romantik Urlaub zu zweit. Wir kommen gern wieder.
