Actually, I rarely write reviews, but I just saw that this accommodation received the bad mood from a tenant, and I would like to speak up:
I can't really understand the mentioned problems.
We had wonderful reception with the Telekom network coverage.
(If other networks are poorly represented here, the landlord can't do anything about it).
The 25 mbps Wi-Fi in the bungalow was enough for us to stream movies easily. For safety, we discussed the heating issue in advance. It is understandable that the heating is turned off in summer. However, turning it on for cold periods would not be a problem according to the landlord. Fortunately, it wasn't that cold for us.
We also really liked that the lake is so close and within walking distance. The beach volleyball court and the mini-golf facility are also a nice leisure activity. The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare food. I asked Christiane and Timo beforehand if a blender is available, which is rather rare. So if you need something special on vacation, just ask briefly beforehand.
In nature, you always have to deal with mosquitoes, but fortunately, the bungalow has fly screens, so you can ventilate without any problems.
We had a nice time there. Thank you very much to Christiane and Timo for everything - also for always being quick and easy to reach.

Super for relaxation
A really beautiful place to breathe!
We spontaneously spent a few days at Grimmnitzsee and felt very comfortable in the small holiday house.
The little house is not huge, everything is on one floor and a bit older, but that’s exactly what gives it its charm. It is simply furnished but lovingly decorated. In the kitchen, everything necessary is there for a few days. The peace there is simply priceless – sitting on the terrace in the morning with a coffee and only hearing the birds. . . the vacation starts right away.
The Grimmnitzsee is fantastic if you prefer it a bit quieter.
The communication beforehand and during was excellent and absolutely uncomplicated. Those looking for luxury or frills are in the wrong place – but those seeking relaxation in nature at a fair price will love it. We will definitely come back again! Thanks also for the insider tips.

Kurzurlaub
Nun ja, grundsätzlich bin ich niemand der etwas schelcht reden will. Wie beschreibt man also etwas, mit dem man nicht so zufrieden ist?
Sauberkeit war im Haus erstmal in Ordnung. Um das Gebäude herum eher mangelhaft was Terasse inkl. Möbel und Grill angeht. Auch der Bungalow-Park komplett war eher ungepflegt.
Was ein großer Nachteil ist, ist der Netz-Empfang in dem Gebiet wofür natürlich der Vermieter nichts kann. Allerdings ist auch das Wlan ind der Unterkunft sehr dürftig, nichts zum Filme schauen oder ähnliches. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Bei den Betten, Matratzen, Bettwäsche, Kissen oder auch Decken sollte man auch kein Luxus erwarten. Es ist wirklich nur das Dürftigste da. Bettwäsche hat zudem auch sehr unangenehm gerochen.
Leider war es in der Woche auch nicht Sommerlich was sich auch auf die Temperaturen ausgewirkt hat. Heizung wollten wir starten, diese funktionierte allerdings nicht. Das hieß also frieren in der Nacht.
Ein Tag war es mal warm, allerdings lädt auch der See nicht wirklich zum Baden ein. Ungepflegter Strand mit Ruine im Hintergrund. Wasserschlangen etc. inklusive.
Grundsätzlich bin ich nur meiner Freundin zuliebe dahin gefahren. Bin allerdings froh dass wir nach 4 Tagen wieder nach Hause konnten.
Sicher hätte man auch wegen jeder Kleinigkeit den Vermieter kontaktieren können, jedoch hat man in seinem "Urlaub" keine Ambition und im schlimmsten Fall schürt es nur unnötig Frust.
Wir würden da keinen Urlaub mehr machen.

A beautiful little bungalow for a relaxing vacation
When we arrived a bit earlier, we were able to take the key from the safe and use the bungalow directly. It is well-maintained, clean, and comfortably furnished. The bungalow itself has a nice location and it is very quiet there. The small cozy terrace invites you to have breakfast, grill, and chill with a beer. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. At Euskaffe, there is delicious soft ice cream in the old Joachimstaler style.
