Here is the translation to English: A cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. For bookings during the week (Mon-Fri), a cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, a processing fee of 10% of the rental price will be retained. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made within the deadline. After this period, a refund is excluded. A rebooking is possible as a gesture of goodwill and subject to availability, with up to 75% of the rental price being credited, depending on the notice period. In the case of short-notice cancellations due to force majeure or damage to the house’s technical equipment, claims exceeding the refund of the rental price are not permitted.

Whoever likes it..
We were in the house with a group of 5 (men, all retired or in pension) for a few days. The photos do not accurately show the condition of the house and the garden. Furnishing: Very unusual and simple. Outdoor area: Interspersed with "bulk waste," unkempt. Waste disposal: Primitive, ant trails all the way to the kitchen do not make a good impression. Overall, this may be something for undemanding people and is too expensive. Recommendation: Inquire thoroughly beforehand, the photos are more beautiful than reality. Maybe it will get better...

Visiting friends
It is like when a friend lends you their house: everything is there and can be used from the canoe, to the bicycle, to the table grill. We had a wonderful summer week here with our children, during the day in the garden and swimming at the lake, in the evenings grilling and by the campfire. Great location so close to Berlin! We gladly recommend it and will come back ourselves.
