What a fantastic stay! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The kids loved the nearby playground, and we enjoyed relaxing by the marina. We will definitely return!

We moved into our apartment (Am Hafen 2, Orth) yesterday and had to find that some things regarding the price/performance ratio do not meet our expectations: 1. calcified kettle 2. unsightly toilet paper holder 3. rusty heating grates 4. warped railing covering 5. chewed sharp-edged egg spoon 6. remote control for the television with a defective battery compartment cover 7. television: a. Either someone has completely changed the settings or b. The channel reception is generally not standard. There is only the ZDF as the only public broadcaster, no ARD or third programs, etc. What could be the reason for this? This is just to name a few "minor issues," as we expect a clearly more maintained environment for the price we are paying. We have attached corresponding images. We would prefer not to comment on the charm of the apartment's furnishings. ——— We reported these points to the property management and received a response. The disturbance of the TV reception is apparently known and will be fixed, when? Everything else has been forwarded. That's it.
