The approx. 65 sqm non-smoking holiday flat is located in Gollendorf, Westfehmarn in the triangle of Orth- Lemkenhafen- Petersdorf. The small idyllic village with little traffic offers plenty of opportunity to relax from everyday life and is also ideal as a holiday destination for guests with children and dogs. The bright and friendly flat with large terrace, which is protected by a hedge, is located on the ground floor. It was completely renovated in 2019 and newly furnished with bright furniture, garden furniture and deck chairs are available.

The Baltic Sea is 800 m away and can be reached via a footpath and cycle path. From there, you can turn right in 1200 m to the idyllic harbour of Orth with restaurants and cafés, and to the left, also in 1200 m, you will come to Lemkenhafen with restaurants, a café' and a kiosk at the marina. In front of the dyke in Gollendorf is Elli`s Snackeria with a large terrace and outdoor area. In Petersdorf, only about 2 km away, you will find everything you need for your daily needs, a bakery, Aldi, Edeka, a farm shop and doctors.

Soweit ist die Ferienwohung in Ordnung .
Es ist Laut wenn PKW den Parkpatz befahren den der Platz ist mit Kies so das es sehr Laut ist wenn Autos darüber fahren. Die Lage ist gut da man Fussläufig das Meer erreicht ca.600 Meter.Geschäfte sind gut zu erreichen. Ein sehr Ruhgier Ort schön wenn man Hunde hat ein schöner Spaziergang Morgens zum Meer.Negativ ist das kein Welan vor Ort ist und mit dem Handy je nach Netzbetreiber ein sehr schlechter Empfang hat 1 und 1 sehr gut O2 sehr schlecht .Man kann dort ein schönen Urlaub machen.
