Description

The semi-detached house is located exclusively on the Orther Reede in Westerbergen on Fehmarn. Only now and then is the peace disturbed by passing seagulls. The semi-detached house is characterised by its high standard. Everything has been thought of on approx. 100 m². On the ground floor, you have a clear view of the Baltic Sea through a large window front in the living room and from the balcony. On the upper floor you have access to a roof terrace, which invites you to have breakfast in the morning. In the basement there is a sauna for the colder days.
