The terrace with its beach chair invites you to sit down and enjoy the peace and quiet. The gentle sound of the Baltic Sea is sure to reach your ears. Whether you are travelling with two or four people, the layout offers enough space for everyone with a bedroom with double bed, modern kitchenette, shower room/WC and a couch in the living room that can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
Children can safely go 'fishing' with a landing net in hand at the Baltic Sea, which is in the immediate vicinity, as it is hardly more than knee-deep here.

Lemkenhafen on Fehmarn with its pretty marina is located directly on the Baltic Sea. At the harbour you will find a cosy place that invites you to linger. From the benches at the harbour you have an unmistakable view of the sailing and motor boats. The dyke from Lemkenhafen to Orth is a great place to take a walk along the Baltic Sea.
Lovers of water sports, such as surfing or sailing, like to rent a holiday flat in Lemkenhafen. But those seeking peace and quiet will also be delighted. Chic and quaint restaurants offer an excellent selection of dishes, especially for the fish lovers among you. A fish smokehouse with exquisite specialities offers a special insight into the art of smoking. When you return to your holiday flat, simply take a smoked eel with you.
If you have rented a holiday home and you are interested in old mills, this is the right place for you. The sailing windmill "Jachen Flünk" (plattdt. hunting/rushing wing) in Lemkenhafen was built in 1787 by the grain merchant and ship owner Joachim Rahlff. In the so-called Schillingsmöhl, barley and wheat were ground into groats and pearl barley. Around 1900, 5 to 6 journeymen were employed in the mill, as well as other unskilled workers. The mill, which was shut down in 1954, then became the property of the Association for the Collection of Fehmarn Antiquities. Take a walk through the village from your holiday home and visit the mill museum.

Bei einem Rücktritt sind folgende Gebühren vereinbart: bis 45 Tage vor vereinbartem Anreisetag 15% der Miete (mindestens jedoch 25.-€), ab 44 bis 30 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Anreisetag 25% der Miete, ab 29 bis 22 Tage vor dem vereinbaren Anreisetag 50% der Miete, ab 21 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Anreisetag 80% der Miete, am Tag der Anreise 100% der Miete. Bei Nichtanreise ohne Rücktrittserklärung sind ebenfalls 100% der Miete zu zahlen. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise ist der vollständige Buchungsbetrag zu entrichten. Ersparte Mietausfallkosten, die aufgrund erneuter Vermietung an einen Dritten während des gebuchten Zeitraumes dem Vermieter nicht entstehen, werden bei der Bemessung dieser Gebühren im Einzelfall berücksichtigt. Auch in diesem Fall ist die Vermittlungsprovision in dem jeweils pauschalierten Umfang zu zahlen. Macht der Kunde geltend, dass dem Anbieter ein geringerer Schaden als vorstehend pauschaliert entstanden ist, hat er dies nachzuweisen.
