The house is quite freshly renovated. We liked the room layout very much. Especially the room with the attached bathroom was great. The large living/dining room was very nice. The terrace is very beautiful and offers plenty of space to sit or lie down. / What we didn't like: The TV can only be operated with AppleTV. You have to download an app (e.g., ARD) in a cumbersome way just to watch internet TV - not stated in the description!!! Absolute flaw in the house. The sauna is max for one person and is being used as a storage room; also unusable. The hot tub is covered in limescale. We didn't want to go in there. I would not book the house again for these reasons. You are paying for something you don't get.

The house has a perfect size and an unbeatable location. Everything is available in the house. There are 2 bathrooms and a beautiful garden to watch the children play from the large terrace. In addition, you can even see the water from the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom.

The house is located close to the coast at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area. The furnishings and furniture are new and mostly of high quality. The layout of the house is good. The property is not large, but completely fenced in.
Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned at all upon arrival. The final cleaning is included - meaning the costs are already included and paid for. Apart from the unemptied dishwasher and uncleaned fireplace, it is the responsibility of the landlord to ensure a clean property. Since we arrived on a Sunday, contacting the local service center and cleaning were not possible, so our vacation began with a cleaning session - who wants to move into a dirty house?
The next day, an inspection by dancenter was offered, which was no longer necessary. dancenter's reaction was: well, we're glad you cleaned it yourself. End of story.
It would be extremely helpful to have a documentation folder with instructions for the available house technology, heating system control, Smart TV, etc., as well as local contacts - that's how we are used to it.
The heat pump, including hot water supply, eventually failed. There was no response to my email to the service office the next day. When I called later, they had not even been aware of it. In the end, 1.5 days passed without heating and hot water.
Oh, and the key to the outdoor sauna was missing. So the sauna was also not usable.
