The roof-only house is idyllically located between farms in the small village of Presen in the north-east of the island of Fehmarn. With its spacious plot, it offers a family of 4 every comfort. The south-facing terrace with a beach chair invites you to linger even on not so sunny days. There is a swing in the garden for the children. The beach in Presen is c. 500 m away, here you will always find a nice bathing spot. You can walk south from Presen to the cliffs. The beach area is also special for those who are not interested in geology.
