Dreamlike Start to Spring

We spent a short vacation in the cozy holiday home of Mrs. Schatz during the first week of March. It was our second vacation in the beautiful and tastefully furnished little house. Everything one needs in terms of cooking, living, sleeping, and possibly entertainment is available as stated in the house description. On the sheltered terrace and in the garden, we and our dog Marlo were even able to spend some sunny hours. All in all, we felt very comfortable in the house, in the holiday park, and at the beach.

The support from Ms. Schatz during the booking and the sending of the necessary information was simply excellent and left no questions unanswered.

We can highly recommend a holiday in the holiday home and in the area around Sint Maartenszee.

Superbly equipped holiday apartment

When greeted by the very helpful and extremely nice landlord, one finds a superbly equipped vacation apartment. The kitchen leaves absolutely nothing to be desired: sufficient dishes, a dishwasher, microwave, . . . yes, even baking pans are available. One immediately notices that not just any furniture has been put together here, but that everything is also color-coordinated. If someone should feel cold despite a great underfloor heating, they can warm up again in the sauna or steam bath.
The immediate surroundings unfortunately do not offer much - at least in autumn/winter. However, those looking for relaxation away from tourists are absolutely right here. And in summer, there is a lot to explore by bike.
We can only highly recommend this apartment!

Highly recommended!

The holiday home was exactly what we wanted. It is lovingly and very thoughtfully furnished and equipped with the necessities for everyday holiday life. We especially enjoyed the small garden and the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sunshade, all fenced in by a hedge, so that our toddler could also play in it

The house is close to the reception, which is extremely friendly and helpful. There you will find a well-equipped bicycle rental for families, laundry facilities and you can rent additional furniture for small children (high chair, stair guard etc.). The nearby Spar is well equipped for beach holidays and everyday needs, so that shopping takes little time and you can pick up something spontaneously. There are many other activities available in the complex (sauna, tennis....) and also two nice (though not very shady) playgrounds.

The host couple was extremely nice and helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay within a very short time (often within half an hour!) and also in the evening or informed the reception themselves

The highlight is of course the location of the house with its proximity to the beautiful beach, the many cycling possibilities and the pretty, cosy villages in the surrounding area. As a family with a small child, we also really liked the van Blackendell animal park just a few minutes away by car.

We can only recommend the accommodation, especially for families with children, and would love to come back again.
