Description
In our 'garden house', located next to our house, we have created a place of relaxation.
The sea is a 10-minute walk away, and the dunes start at the end of the road.
The center of Zandvoort is a 10-minute walk away. There, one can find the Albert Heijn supermarket, Kruidvat drugstore, Hema department store, bakeries, butcheries, etc., as well as caterers, cafes, restaurants, and a large selection of beach bars directly on the sea. The center of the beautiful bishop's city Haarlem can be reached by bicycle in 25 minutes, where one can find numerous attractions, shops, and restaurants.
And now to the little house: There are 2 single beds, a small but fine kitchen with an electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso, and refrigerator, as well as a small TV with Netflix access, and very many German TV channels and of course WIFI. The bathroom with a large shower, sink, and toilet would also be accessible for wheelchair users.
The cottage provides enough space for two people, ideal for couples or friends.
The garden is shared with the owners of the 'main house,' bicycles can be parked in the driveway, and paid parking can also be on the garden path after consultation. Everything in Zandvoort is paid!
There is a heating system that can be regulated by oneself, so it can also be rented in the winter.

Location and surroundings of object
In our tutuinhuis, that after we left our house, we created a fijne place where we could ever remain asleep as he leaks even wants to be. It is on the loop stand (10min) of the lake and you are at the end of the road.

Vacation home
A very nice holiday home for 2 people.
It all looked neat.
And a very nice bathroom, and the beds were good, we slept wonderfully there and it was especially quiet.
We were warmly welcomed and the owners were great.
We had a few beautiful days there and really enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful stay!
A perfect accommodation for two people: Super equipped to self-cater and lovingly decorated and clean to feel comfortable. The beach, restaurants, and supermarkets in the center are within walking distance. Other plus points: A warm welcome from the hostess, uncomplicated handling, and free parking at the accommodation. Oasis of calm.
I was really lucky to have booked this beautiful accommodation! The cottage is located on a very quiet street right next to the beautiful dune landscape, but also a few minutes' walk from a bus stop and the city center. The garden is a dream! Martie is a very dear, wonderfully sensitive, and very friendly hostess! I felt very welcome, cared for, and comfortable and would love to come back!

Successful short holiday
A spring dream was our relaxing short holiday in this little oasis not far from the wonderfully wide beach and the extraordinary cycle paths in the dunes. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the colourful flowering Keukenpark in the sunshine. The hostess was just great!

Very clean and quiet location
Friendly and always helpful landlady. Quiet location. The beach and the centre (shopping, restaurants, etc.) are about 15 minutes walk away.
The bed faces the window, but the curtains provide optimal darkening. The flat offers enough space for 2 people.

Perfect
We stayed with Martie on F1 WE and she is a great hostess. Very nice, simply likeable. We immediately felt at home with her.
The accommodation is very nice and clean. The location is quiet but not far from the action.
If I go to Zandvoort again, she will be my first port of call!

Top accommodation!
This is the second time we have stayed in the beautiful Vinkenhuis and it is just perfect. The landlady is absolutely helpful and incredibly nice. Very accommodating and you immediately feel welcome. Everything perfect!
We were and still are very excited about the accommodation. The furnishings are modern and designed with great attention to detail. The shower and beds are GREAT! We don't even have such a good shower in our own home.
The host is very kind! We felt comfortable from the beginning. She made sure that we were always satisfied and happy.

Definitely again!
We had a great stay over Pentecost. Especially worth mentioning is the absolutely nice, open, and helpful landlady. The cottage is very well described as small but nice. Everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally good. It could easily compete with a 5-star hotel bath.
We were able to cater for ourselves well with the small kitchen and even cook. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The little house is located in a very quiet area, without any disturbances.
Definitely recommended overall.

Absolutely recommendable!!!
We had booked from 3rd to 6th October and were surprised at how beautiful and clean the accommodation was, so we spontaneously decided to stay one more night.
The welcome was warm and friendly. Everything was perfect, the accommodation was clean and had enough space. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping, everything was super furnished, just to feel good. Everything was easily accessible, the beach and dunes were only a few minutes' walk away.
We would love to come back and can only recommend the accommodation. Perhaps a spatula, cutting knife, and scissors would be good additions to the equipment; otherwise, the accommodation is great.

I walk with my dog in the dunes and on the beach and at Zandvoort I find a magnificent place to stay Doing is my hobby Because I love to travel and have found many beautiful places in the world, I now find it very nice to receive guests in our converted garden house. I am a physiotherapist and have had a bathroom built especially for people with disabilities Every day I go with my dog into the dunes and to the beach, swim with him in the sea and find Zandvoort a wonderful place to live, in every season. Gardening is my hobby.
