In our 'garden house', which is next to our house, we have created a place of relaxation
The lake can be reached within 10 minutes walking distance, the dunes start at the end of the road
The centre of Zandvoort is 5 minutes walk away. You will find the Albert Heijn supermarket, the Kruidvat drugstore, the Hema department store, bakers, butchers, etc., tratteurs, cafés, restaurants and a large selection of beach bars right by the sea.
The centre of the beautiful bishop's town of Haarlem can be reached by bicycle in 25 minutes, where you will find countless sights, shops and restaurants.
And now for the cottage: There are 2 single beds, a small but fine kitchen with electric hotplate, electric kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso and refrigerator, as well as a small TV with Netflix reception and of course WIFI
The bathroom with large shower, washbasin and toilet would also be accessible for wheelchair users
The cottage offers enough space for two people, ideal for couples or friends

Location and surroundings of object
In our tutuinhuis, that after we left our house, we created a fijne place where we could ever remain asleep as he leaks even wants to be. It is on the loop stand (10min) of the lake and you are at the end of the road.

Oasis of calm.
I was really lucky to have booked this beautiful accommodation! The cottage is located on a very quiet street right next to the beautiful dune landscape, but also a few minutes' walk from a bus stop and the city center. The garden is a dream! Martie is a very dear, wonderfully sensitive, and very friendly hostess! I felt very welcome, cared for, and comfortable and would love to come back!

Successful short holiday
A spring dream was our relaxing short holiday in this little oasis not far from the wonderfully wide beach and the extraordinary cycle paths in the dunes. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the colourful flowering Keukenpark in the sunshine. The hostess was just great!

Very clean and quiet location
Friendly and always helpful landlady. Quiet location. The beach and the centre (shopping, restaurants, etc.) are about 15 minutes walk away.
The bed faces the window, but the curtains provide optimal darkening. The flat offers enough space for 2 people.

Perfect
We stayed with Martie on F1 WE and she is a great hostess. Very nice, simply likeable. We immediately felt at home with her.
The accommodation is very nice and clean. The location is quiet but not far from the action.
If I go to Zandvoort again, she will be my first port of call!

Top accommodation!
This is the second time we have stayed in the beautiful Vinkenhuis and it is just perfect. The landlady is absolutely helpful and incredibly nice. Very accommodating and you immediately feel welcome. The accommodation has everything you need. The location is great! We can only recommend it and will be happy to come back. Thank you again for the wonderful stay with you.

Alles perfekt!
Wir waren und sind immer noch sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Dusche und die Betten sind SUPER! So eine gute Dusche haben wir selbst im eigenen Zuhause nicht.
Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich gut! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat für alles gesorgt, dass wir immer zufrieden und glücklich waren.

Perfektes Appartement für Paare
Das Appartement war super ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Vermieterin war auch super freundlich und hat gut deutsch gesprochen. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und unser Urlaub war einfach nur mega schön und erholsam. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal! :)

Definitiv wieder!
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt über Pfingsten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolut nette, offene und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Das Häuschen ist mit klein aber fein sehr gut beschrieben. Es war alles sehr sauber, sowie das Bett sehr bequem. Außergewöhnlich gut war das Badezimmer. Dieses kann mit einem Bad aus einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr als mithalten.
Wir konnten uns mit der kleinen Küche gut selbst verpflegen und selbst auch kochen.
Zum Strand waren es ca. 10-15min. Das Häuschen ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, ohne irgendwelche Störungen, gelegen.
Insgesamt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!!!
Wir hatten vom 3.10 bis 6.10 gebucht und waren überrascht wie schön und sauber die Unterkunft war so das wir noch spontan 1 Nacht länger geblieben sind.
Die Begrüßung war herzlich und freundlich. Alles hat gepasst die Unterkunft war sauber und ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sehr gut zum schlafen alles super eingerichtet einfach zum Wohlfühlen.Alles war schnell zu erreichen, der Strand und die Dünen nur wenige Gehminuten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
Vielleicht ein Pfannenwender Schneidemesser und Schere wären noch gut zur Ausstattung ansonsten top die Unterkunft

I walk with my dog in the dunes and on the beach and at Zandvoort I find a magnificent place to stay Doing is my hobby Because I love to travel and have found many beautiful places in the world, I now find it very nice to receive guests in our converted garden house. I am a physiotherapist and have had a bathroom built especially for people with disabilities Every day I go with my dog into the dunes and to the beach, swim with him in the sea and find Zandvoort a wonderful place to live, in every season. Gardening is my hobby.
