Very hospitable landlords and beautiful location - absolute recommendation!

We have just returned from two weeks of vacation with Gimmi and Mirna and can look back on wonderful days. We arrived late on Saturday evening and were still received with kindness and helpfulness. The landlords even provided us with ingredients for a first lunch on Sunday! The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures - we were rather surprised at how spacious the rooms are. And the view is simply a dream!
The children were thrilled with the pool, which, as already mentioned in the previous review, was always kept clean by the landlord. Gimmi also likes to give tips on what to see in the nearby area. But if you prefer to vacation in peace and quiet, you can do so there as well. The landlords discreetly hold back but are open to conversations, questions, and exchanges.
All in all, we felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the landlords, and in the town of Morrona.

A relaxed family holiday!

Plenty of space for everyone (we were 5 adults, 2 children), and the many exits, lounge areas, food tables and corners meant that everyone got their money's worth (reading corner, barbecue corner, craft corner, etc.). Before arrival, at best, get water bottles, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, oil, vinegar, baking paper, etc. The pool was a highlight

It was incredibly beautiful! Carla and Valerio are the best hosts you could wish for. The cottage and the beautiful, large garden with pool is really a fantastic place to relax, unwind and be free. Valerio takes care of the property and the pool every day, in the early morning hours. It is very important to them that the guests want for nothing, and so almost every day there are small and larger delicacies (fresh from the field, from the bakery or from the ice cream parlour) as gifts. If you have a car, you can reach great cities like Pisa, Livorno or Florence within 1-2 hours without any problems. But even without a car, the bus connections for excursions work wonderfully. Peccioli is an impressive little town. This small town, typically Italian, is characterised by contrasts. Very old and traditional houses and alleys can be admired alongside impressive modern art or a rainbow bridge, with upper town lifts. The people in Peccioli are warm and always open to a nice chat. If you let yourself get involved with the local conditions, you can really have a very happy time there. Thank you so much for the great impressions, the unbelievably delicious fruits and vegetables, as well as the warm contact! I am really looking forward to next year - when I can be in Peccioli at Casa di Sole again! Tanti saluti dalla Germania, Kathrin (e Klaus) :-)
