Description

The house is tastefully furnished in every respect and offers on the ground floor a TV room, a fireplace, a dining room and a large kitchen as well as a small bathroom and a double with two single beds. Apart from the double bedroom and bathroom, all the lower rooms are connected by arches. They offer pleasant and comfortable possibilities to meet every occasion. Especially families and small groups will feel very comfortable here.

On the first floor there are three also tastefully furnished bedrooms, two of which share a beautiful bath with bathtub in the hallway, while a double bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

Location and surroundings of object

On a hill surrounded by greenery lies the spacious country house Villetta Larigiano. It has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished by the owners. To the house belong hectares of land, including many fruit trees and olive trees. A large fenced lawn in front of the terrace and some shade-bearing conifers accompany the visitor from the hill on which the house stands, and to the Pisan mountains to the south (in good visibility also to the Alpe Apuane), in the North on the hills behind Livorno and in the closer vicinity the small town Cevoli envisages.

The quiet seclusion of the place is linked to the proximity to Lari, a medieval hamlet, 3 km away, with an old castle still in full swing. Three small foodstuffs, two butchers and a pasticceria testify to the lively infrastructure of the town. The harmony of Lari is rounded off by two bars, of which the first "Bar Castello" is located in the Piazza in front of the castle, while the second is called "Il Ponte". The last little bridge and the bar (it is more like a bridge that is lined up like a bridge, so we say: a crazy bridge) you already cross on the way to the castle.

In addition to the charm of Lari you will also find 7 km from the house Ponsacco, where you have all kinds of shopping available. A Penny Market and a Conad can be found here. There is also a nice market in Ponsacco once a week - it is always Wednesday morning.
