We can only recommend Villa Palm Tree. There is nothing missing here, everything is available. The property management is also top, nothing to complain about. Very helpful, whether it is about the house, you are really well instructed, or if you have questions about the surroundings, etc. Very competent. The Klauser family is also always available if you need them and very helpful. You can really enjoy your holiday at Villa Palm Tree. Excursions can be planned well, as the villa is very central, it is not a problem to get anywhere. Supermarket, drugstore, small shops are nearby, there is also a German bakery nearby (about 15 minutes by car), for those who do not want to do without their rolls or pretzels :-). Smooth process with the payment and refund of the deposit. As already mentioned, everything is great, I have nothing to complain about here. We will definitely come back. There were six of us in this dream house, 2 children, parents-in-law, my husband and me.

We felt so comfortable there that it was immensely difficult for us to say goodbye.
Everything is exactly as you can see in the photos. Everything was tiptop clean, the towels/bedding all smelled fresh, the beds were super comfortable and all the rooms were just so big you could get lost. The children's room/bathroom are lovingly decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything works perfectly. The service on site is also great. The pool was cleaned regularly. The pool deck is simply a dream. The projection allows you to eat outside in the dry even when it rains. There are enough chairs, sunbeds and the outdoor shower is really great. You have sun all day and it is just beautiful to come out in the morning and watch the sunrise while dangling your feet in the pool.
There were enough towels, bed linen, extra blankets that you didn't have to freeze.

The house is in a very quiet area. Nothing disturbs you and you can just relax, recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries. You can find everything you need in the surrounding area. Walmart, various fast food chains, restaurants, shopping.

All in all, this was our best Florida holiday so far and we will definitely be back.

It is a small house. Unfortunately, we did not check zillow.com in advance and enter the address; otherwise, we would have seen that the total area is only about 150 square meters (including the large garage), so the living space is only about 110 square meters, not as stated 210 square meters!!!! You can notice this when entering the relatively small living and dining area. Unfortunately, not all tenants have been very careful with the inventory (as can be seen in the kitchen), and some walls would appreciate a bucket of paint. The pool is nice and clean - the pool service does a good job. A small tip: a pool blanket would help retain heat during the cool nights - of course, it's not necessary in the summer. There is no landline telephone in the house. The property manager is very nice and extremely helpful, but he couldn't change that - he gave us his private WhatsApp. For 2 people, 110 sqm is sufficient, but if you're expecting a generous 210 sqm, it's a bit disappointing - just a few small changes and it would be a nice vacation house - thank you very much.
