With three bedrooms, two bathrooms including a pool bath, Villa Coral Cove offers a pleasant and well-kept place to stay for up to six guests who long for peace and quiet on holiday without having to put up with long walks to the nearest bakery. Publix, Walmart, ALDI, the Coral Pointe Shopping Centre and the Coralwood Shopping Centre, the HeadPinz amusement centre, as well as various restaurants can be reached by car in 3-5 minutes. The modern furnishings and beautiful garden make the house inviting and homely. Nestled in a large garden with evergreen bushes and shrubs, Villa Coral Cove offers an oasis of calm in these hectic times. The ideal place to unwind and switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Carefully selected decorations and, for example, the specially made stone seating group in the garden determine the character of this holiday home.
The open living concept makes the house appear particularly large and spacious. Villa Coral Cove has a total of 4 TV sets with 276 SD and 221 HD channels. In the living room with a size of 65", in the master bedroom with 55", in the so-called peach guest bedroom with 50" and in the blue guest bedroom with 43". A size that will delight the television enthusiast. Villa Coral Cove is certainly one of the few houses that has a so-called hot water circulation pump, which allows the guest not to have to wait so long for hot water when taking a shower.
The pool area, covered with travertine, includes a pool that is electrically heated and can therefore also be used in the cooler season. There are 6 pool loungers and a seating lounge with a gas fireplace for romantic evenings and a BBQ grill. On the covered terrace there is a dining area for 6 people, where you can enjoy your meals directly at the pool with a view of the beautiful garden and the canal, if the weather is nice - and in Florida the weather is nice almost every day. Due to the western exposure (corner plot), the pool area gets a lot of sunshine already in the morning and so you can enjoy the sun on the terrace all day long.
A private dock and boat lift is available for guests who want to try their fishing luck or explore the area by rental boat. The Caloosahatchee River is only about 20 minutes away. Have a good trip!

Location and surroundings of object
One of the most beautiful residential areas in Cape Coral is the Four Mile Cove nature reserve, where Villa Coral Cove is located. The location is ideal - very quiet on the edge of a nature reserve, but not secluded, with a short distance to numerous restaurants and shops, as well as the Midpoint Bridge to Fort Myers. Boaters will also appreciate the location, as the canals that criss-cross this area all lead to the Caloosahatchee River within a short distance. In the Four Mile Cove nature reserve, you can take long walks or explore nature by kayak.

| For the safety of our guests, our house is only monitored by cameras in the outdoor areas. The house has a camera in the entrance area, a camera in the garage entrance area and a camera in the air conditioning/pool heating area . All cameras are recording. All guests agree by booking that they consent to their persons being recorded. The recordings will be deleted no later than 14 days after the end of the rental period. The pool area is not under camera surveillance, there are also no cameras in the house. |

We have rebuilt, renovated and furnished our house in 2020 with a lot of love and commitment. Everything is as good as new and completely furnished. There is virtually nothing missing. We had previously worked with a property management company, so there are no reviews on this page yet. However, we have reviews from previous rentals that we can provide you with in advance. Please ask me for them and I will be happy to send them to you in advance. We ourselves have always rented houses in advance where we often missed things we needed every day. That was our concern to make it better in our house. We also spend our holidays in our house and we are very happy if you feel comfortable in our house.
