My stay was exactly what I was looking for, The room was clean and comfortable,the staff was friendly and professional, and the other guests I encountered were very courteous as well, If you're looking for a basic (no frills) place to stay that is inexpensive, clean, well-located, and safe, I highly recommend Extended Stay America - East,

Stephanie is the goat, she always helps me out with my room issues, And is quick to get me back in whenever my key is acting up, Ms, Betty is also super sweet and is quick to help out as well, Even lending cleaning supplies for me when i could’ve gotten my own, Definitely would stay here again just for the customer service :)

The Lady up front was very helpful, If there were any issues she would address it quickly, I have stayed here before and in the past, it was acceptable place, The very few times I ran into any problems, it was addressed quickly and respectfully, Thank you!
