Description
Your holiday villa is located in the eastern part of Venice, not far from Venice Beach, which you can reach in about 15 minutes by car. It was completely renovated at the end of 2021 and equipped with a new kitchen.
The house has a large, free solar-heated, private pool filled with skin- and health-friendly water without added chlorine, lighting is also possible. Free HD TV, high speed WLAN internet and flat screens are a matter of course. It is equipped and furnished with everything imaginable and is suitable for up to 6 people +1 pet.
200m² of floor space are distributed as follows: 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 formal dining room and 1 utility room
The complete bed linen, towels and beach towels belong to the inventory as well as sun loungers and garden furniture in the pool area. You will not miss anything.

Venice is a wonderful blend of Mediterranean architecture coupled with a unique tropical atmosphere. Thanks to the Gulf of Mexico, the weather is wonderfully warm all year round
The magazine "US News" recently published that Venice was voted in the top ten of the most beautiful and best places in the USA (and the only city in Florida!) Venice has a good infrastructure, the lowest crime rate in Florida, beautiful long beaches, good restaurants, a yacht harbour, various nature parks, theatres, cinemas, all imaginable shopping facilities and doctors.
The Intracoastal Waterway, beautiful bays, rivers, canals and coastline offer just about everything a boating enthusiast, diver or fisherman could want. Whether you are an action-seeking beachgoer or just want to relax, Venice's numerous, long, white sandy beaches offer something for everyone. But the best thing is that even in high season, the beaches are still empty.

Great house in a good location
The house is located in a quiet residential area in the east of Venice.
The house and grounds and the pool are very well maintained. The house has very high-quality, tasteful furnishings and lovely decoration. The equipment with cooking utensils, dishes, and also towels etc. is great and everything is available in sufficient quantity.
A barbecue would be the icing on the cake.
The pool is big enough to swim laps and is protected by a cage together with the terrace. The orientation of the house means that there are always both sunny and shady areas.
Outside you can hear the nearby Center Road a bit, but inside the house it is completely quiet.
Shops like Publix or Walmart, the beautiful downtown of Venice and several beaches are easily reachable by car in 10-15 minutes.
Mr. Schlomer is very easy to contact with questions or problems and is extremely helpful.
We felt very comfortable in the house and will definitely come again!

House with all amenities
The house is well maintained, freshly renovated and equipped with great attention to detail, even beach stuff is available. The service/support was excellent. The location is quiet despite the proximity to the 4-lane road (trees protect). Venice Beach is a ten minute drive away. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The Wi-Fi is excellent, we were able to stream German TV.
