Great beach vacation

The conclusion in advance: A clear holiday recommendation!

About the holiday apartment and its location: It is perfectly situated for beach vacations, as the huge and always very clean beach in Narbonne-Plage can be reached in three minutes on foot. Anyone who has always wanted to watch a sunrise over the sea easily will find the right place here. Shopping opportunities are within walking distance, and the wide promenade invites long walks. Even at 35 degrees, it was always bearable at the beach, thanks to the wind. In the evenings, it is quiet at the house, but those who want a bit more hustle and bustle will find programs almost every evening in the central area along the promenade.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us, and everything you need is available. It offers various options for staying outside and inside. It is well-shaded by plants, so the sun doesn't "blast" in, and you can always find a shady spot. The large sliding doors in the conservatory allow for ventilation from three directions, making it bearable even in hot temperatures. However, sleeping at these high temperatures was only possible with fans.

We were particularly impressed by Mr. Meub-Knopp as a host. Even before our arrival, we received many great tips (which led to a lovely stopover in Dijon), and the communication was always very warm. During the stay, Mr. Knopp took care of a small repair outside the house and then personally led us, upon request, to a somewhat secluded beach section where we were able to enjoy a unique view of the solar eclipse. When we broke a fan, he took care of it that very evening – this goes far beyond what we have experienced in other vacation home experiences.

A heartfelt thank you to the Meub-Knopp family! We wish you many uncomplicated holiday guests and keep it up!

Excellent family accommodation near the beach

We stayed with 6 people in the very well equipped holiday home and didn't miss anything. Located right near the beach, yet quiet, good shopping, nice restaurants nearby, great surroundings to explore and lots of fun on the beach. Everything was there for children and adults. The landlords were very friendly and there was lots of information beforehand. The service on site was perfect (on the second day - a Saturday (!) - a valve in the toilet was defective and was repaired within hours). The house offers enough space to retreat individually and of course to eat together or have a barbecue. The area is of course great - sea, sports, culture, good food, pure relaxation. Great holiday!
