Description
Our "Villa Pinewood", built in 1998 in Mediterranean style, is quietly located at the end of a dead end road on a hill above Narbonne-Plage. The beach and the centre of the village with shops and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot
The house is approx. 88 square meters large and offers enough space for 4 persons. On the ground floor you will find a large hallway with wardrobe and 3-door wardrobe, a bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and a separate daylight shower room with washstand and toilet, also a small utility room with washing machine. Via a staircase you reach the upper floor with its large living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee and espresso machine, sufficient dishes etc. If you want to keep up with the latest news from all over the world, you will find a flat-screen TV with all German and also many international programmes in the living area. A small stereo system, holiday literature and board games complete the offer. On the upper floor there is also the 2nd bedroom with double bed, built-in closet and a separate daylight shower room with washstand and toilet.
In 2019 both shower bathrooms were completely renovated and the bedroom on the ground floor was equipped with new furniture and mattresses. Also the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were exchanged
The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden and has several terraces, so that you can walk with the sun or enjoy the shade as you please. On the south-east terrace on the ground floor (completely covered) you will find a large table with 6 garden chairs and a large charcoal grill. On the south terrace there is a large round stone table with a stone bench around it. On the south-east terrace on the upper floor (ideal for breakfast with sea view) there is a table with 4 comfortable chairs and a small parasol. From here you reach the small roof terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. From here you have a fantastic panoramic view to the east and south to the sea and Narbonne-Plage, to the west to the Pyrenees with the Pic du Canigou and to the north to the Garigue and the Massif de la Clape. There is also a small west balcony with 2 chairs and a bistro table.
To the house belongs a spacious garage with direct access to the hall on the ground floor, where your car is safely parked.

Only 15 km from Narbonne, at the foot of the hills of the La Clape mountains, lies the beautiful seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage. More than 300 sunny days a year and a very well maintained 5 km long and approx. 200 m wide fine sandy beach promise pure holidays. The bathing season begins in April and lasts until October. Even in the high season the beaches are not crowded. Since 1988, Narbonne-Plage has received the "Pavillon Bleu" award every year for excellent water, beach and port quality.
Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here. Surfing, sailing, jet skiing and many other water sports are offered. Cyclists will find an extensive network of cycle paths connecting the coastal towns around Narbonne-Plage. Nature lovers will find peace and relaxation during walks through the Massif de la Clape and the vineyards. For dog owners there are enough dog beaches, so that also your four-legged darling can enjoy the vacation
From March onwards and throughout the summer there are regular free events in the area of the beach promenade. For night owls a discotheque is open all year round.
For those interested in art and culture, an excursion to Narbonne is recommended. There are countless museums here. Walk in the footsteps of the Romans, enjoy a walk along the Canal de la Robine, visit the medieval cathedral of Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur and and and
For those who want to cook themselves, there are several small grocery stores and bakeries in the centre of Narbonne-Plage. There is an Intermarché and a Lidl in the neighbouring village. Be sure to visit the local markets held several times a week, where you can buy all the food directly from the producers.

enjoying vacation
In this house, you can definitely stay for three weeks!!! It feels like home. In this season, it can already be cooler in the evenings and it can also storm heavily. On these days, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch in the house and feel good. In the morning, you admire the wonderful view of the sea from the breakfast table, which shows a different color every day, sometimes with more, sometimes fewer waves. In short, the house is amazing as a vacation home, and not a small nutshell. We have known the area and landscape for many years, and there is never a boring day here. The region and especially the house are recommended for all seasons. Especially in winter, for those who can no longer tolerate the summer heat. We will come back here again and again and are glad to have found this house.

Dreamlike holiday apartment on the Mediterranean
A trip to the Languedoc means a journey to one of the most beautiful landscapes in France (on the Mediterranean) and into the past with castles, medieval villages and towns, the history of the Cathars... We have already traveled to the region many times, but never has the time been so successful as in this autumn vacation. The fantastic apartment (it is a whole half of a house) of the Stallkamp family contributed to this in particular. The communication with the friendly landlords was excellent even before our arrival. The house itself perches on a small hill, which guarantees a sea view - from the main terrace (there is also a roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees mountains), but also from the dining table in the house. The sea can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes. We occupied the house with four people. The layout is comfortable with one bedroom and bathroom on each floor. There are also several terraces, so you can wander with the sun or find a shady spot. The generous equipment, for example in the kitchen, which is exceptional for a vacation rental, also contributes to the living comfort. We took a beach walk every morning, bought bread at the bakery and then had breakfast on the terrace - overall a perfect vacation that the Stallkamp family's apartment offers, which is why we highly recommend it!

Super equipped villa
We, as a family, stayed in the beautiful Villa Pinienhain for 2 weeks. The facilities were very good and we didn't miss anything. We particularly appreciated the sufficient seating options on the different terraces, some with a view of the sea. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
The communication with Mrs. Stallkamp was impeccable. She responded very quickly and with many excellent tips.

A great house with a very good location in a fantastic environment
We were in this wonderful house for two weeks in August. What should we say, everything imaginable is there, we lacked nothing. The communication with the Stallkamp family was and is just great. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Also, the surroundings and the people, everything is very beautiful. We would have loved to stay, but unfortunately, every vacation comes to an end. So, we will come back and are already looking forward to it.

Eventful 2 weeks
The house is located in a very quiet residential area and is equipped with everything you need for household. Everything is very clean and in perfect condition.
The location overall invites you to new excursions every day, which we also made ample use of.
People who prefer beach vacations will definitely find a spot for themselves on the huge beach.
For us, it was 2 relaxing and eventful weeks in a very nice accommodation.
Anytime again.

"We would like to live there..."
What should I tell, the house is equipped with everything you could ever need. When I looked in the cabinets, I felt like at home. Nothing is missing. Very nice dishes... everything is available in abundance.
The area is not unknown to us, we lived in Gruissan for 2 years and we love this region. We have many friends there and that's why it was particularly nice for us to discover this house of the Stallkamp family.
We have a water poodle who could romp around in the adjacent pine forest without hesitation (always with a bag).
The Stallkamp family is extremely accommodating and I can't write too many good things, otherwise everything will be fully booked.

Very nice house in a great location.
We spent a great week in this holiday home in October. The house is lovingly furnished and decorated. The furnishings are as good as new and there is nothing missing in the kitchen area. There is a beautiful sea view from the balcony. We found it very pleasant that the garage was butzbar and allowed direct access into the house. The street, which is only used by residents, was very quiet. Simply relaxing. The pine grove directly in front of the house was ideal for our dog. The sandy beach within walking distance was ideal for long walks.
We have already spent our holidays in several holiday homes in France and also in Narbonne-Plage. This one could not be topped. We will definitely be back.

TOP holiday flat, absolute recommendation
We stayed for the 2nd time in this super equipped and clean holiday flat.
The location is very quiet - no through traffic or other noise.
The private garage is practical - the car is safe and cool.
The absolute highlight for us is the roof terrace - a great place to enjoy a coffee in the evening sun with a view of the sea after a visit to the beach.
The Wi-Fi is fast and stable.
The area invites you to go on excursions - old villages with a lot of history.
But we haven't seen everything - we'll be back...

Traumhaft
Dieses Haus lässt kaum noch Wünsche offen. Alleine der Ausblick zum Meer kann man nicht in Worte fassen, einfach ein Traum. Das Ambiente der Einrichtung fast schon wie zuhause. Wir werden wieder kommen! 100% weiter zu empfehlen!

Einfach ein Traum
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus.
Schon zum Frühstück gab's den Meerblick und Abends den herrlichen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Tolles Haus, sehr sauber, perfekte Ausstattungen, es fehlt an nichts, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Kommen sicherlich wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus - absolut und uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen
Wir haben in diesem schönen Ferienhaus einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.
Zur guten Erholung haben auch die bequemen Betten beigetragen. Die Villa Pinienhain ist eins der schönsten und besten Ferienhäuser, das wir bisher angemietet hatten und das waren nicht wenige. Besonderen Dank an Fam. Stallkamp auch für den guten Service - für Fragen war Frau Stallkamp jederzeit erreichbar.

Schöne Erholungs-Oase
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, sehr sauber und liebevoll (mit allem was man benötigt) ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, haben die Sonne, das Meer sowie die Sterne vor allem auf der kleinen, aber sehr feinen Dachterrasse genossen...Weitere Terrassen sind ebenfalls sonnig und zu Erholung einladend.
Ganz toll: Die Verfügbarkeit einer Garage.
Ebenfalls positiv, die "Erreichbarkeit" der Vermieterin bei Fragen sowie Anliegen..
Ein einziger Nachteil muss leider doch erwähnt werden: Die Zeit ist wie im Fluge vergangen:-)!!
Für uns, definitiv die erste Adresse für Urlaub in Narbonne-Plage.

Toller Urlaub
Coronabedingt war uns in diesem Jahr noch nicht so ganz klar, wie sich unser Urlaub gestalten sollte. Deshalb haben wir auch erst sehr spät gebucht. Wir waren bereits öfters in Südfrankreich und hatten auch schon mehrmals ein Ferienhaus gemietet. Das heißt, wir können schon einige Erfahrungswerte mitbringen und Vergleiche ziehen.
Zuerst müssen wir erwähnen, dass die Kommunikation und Betreuung mit und durch die Vermieter einfach super war. Anfragen bzw. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Broschüren und Informationen zur Umgebung, Ausflugsziele, Märkte, Restaurants usw. gab es schon im Vorfeld, so dass man sich hier auch schon vorab Gedanken machen und einlesen konnte. Auch die Hausverwalterin vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch eine Nachfrage, ob man wieder gut und ohne Probleme zu Hause angekommen ist, haben wir so noch nicht erlebt.
Zum Haus selber können wir nur sagen: es hat nichts gefehlt! Es ist komplett mit allem was man braucht -oder vielleicht brauchen könnte- ausgestattet. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, zwei neue Bäder mit Duschen und WC's (war definitiv von großem Vorteil für ein Ehepaar mit zwei Söhnen), Terrassenmöbel für jede der Terrassen, bequeme Betten, Wlan, Grill, usw. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und (für mich persönlich ein großes Plus) sehr sauber.
Das Haus selbst liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel mit Blick zum Meer. Der Strand oder der Ortskern mit Bäcker, Metzger, kleinen Einkaufsmärkten ist bequem in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Für uns war es in dem Ferienhaus der Familie Stallkamp ein sehr erholsamer und entspannter Urlaub. Wir können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Super Ferienhaus für die Familie
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und in einem super Zustand ,so dass man sich am ersten Tag gleich wie zuhause fühlt.
Es gibt sehr viele Terrassen am Haus. Und auf dem Dach eine Dachterrasse. Auf der man sich den Ganzen Tag Sonnen kann und einen super Ausblick genießen kann.
Vom Balkon hat man Blick auf das Meer und ein teil vom Strand. Der Fußweg zum Meer ist angenehm. Das haus ist von der Autobahn sehr gut erreichbar.Mann ist mit dem Auto auch schnell in Narbonne wo es ein großes Einkaufszentrum gibt.
Das war ein super Urlaub.Ich kann das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
In diesem Jahr haben wir eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir hatten eigentlich für Ostern gebucht. Als die Corona Krise begann, hat uns Familie Stallkamp sofort kontaktiert und eine kostenlose Stornierung oder Umbuchung angeboten. Wir haben uns für eine Umbuchung auf Ende Juni entschieden, was ja glücklicherweise auch geklappt hat.
Ein so modern eingerichtetes und perfekt mit allem ausgestattetes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Es liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel mit herrlichem Meerblick. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand oder im Ortskern.
Die Kücheneinrichtung (sogar französische Kochbücher) lässt das Herz jedes Hobbykochs höher schlagen und auch den großen Holzkohlegrill auf der Terrasse haben wir mehrfach benutzt. Auf jeder Terrasse gibt es ausreichend bequeme Gartenmöbel mit neuen Polstern.
Wir Erwachsenen saßen am liebsten auf der oberen Terrasse und ließen die Seele beim Blick auf das Meer baumeln. Unsere Tochter im Teenie Alter war ganz begeistert, dass Sie das ganze Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Bad für sich hatte und Mama und Papa mal nicht mitbekamen, wenn Sie mit ihren Freunden chattete. Unser Hund fand das eingezäunte Grundstück, auf dem er jederzeit draußen sein konnte, ganz toll.
Die Betreuung durch Familie Stallkamp war super. Bereits im Vorfeld gab es jede Menge Informationen und Ausflugstipps und auch im Haus sind reichlich Reiseführer und Infomaterial vorhanden.
Da wir in einer Woche nur einen Bruchteil von dem gesehen haben, was uns interessiert, haben wir gleich für nächstes Jahr Ostern neu gebucht, dann aber für 2 Wochen.
