Description

DUE TO CANCELLATION VERY LARGE DISCOUNT for the period 28th/29th June to 12th/13th July. The holiday home is located in the holiday complex Les Jardins de la Clape in the town of Narbonne Plage in a very quiet location and 200 m from the beach.
The apartment is 60 sqm and offers space for up to 5/6 people. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Dogs allowed. On the ground floor is the dining room with a new kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and a separate living room with a 3-seater sofa (additional sleeping space for 2 people), satellite TV with all German channels and DVD player. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). There is also a separate bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine. A heating system is also available for the winter months. There is 1 electric heater mounted on the wall, and 2 large electric movable heaters on wheels.

In front of the house there is a large terrace (33 sqm) with garden furniture and barbecue grill.
The great advantage of this terrace is that it faces south and you have sun from the early morning, in the late afternoon you have shade during the warmest part of the day.

Location and surroundings of object

The 160 square kilometre nature reserve ¨ La Clape ¨ begins just 500 metres from the holiday home. Wonderful hikes and bike tours through pine forests with magnificent views.
In the hinterland there are many castles, fortresses, abbeys and fortified towns built by the Cathars. Europe's largest medieval fortified town, Carcasonne, is particularly worth seeing.
In Gruissan (5km) you will find the amusement park ¨Pirat ¨ and also a large swimming pool with slides.
The large and very well-kept sandy beach, with large footpath promenade is only 200 m away from the house.

Top accommodation !

We have known Jardins de la Clape for years, this house is very well equipped. Plenty of space inside and outside. Landlord and on-site supervisor very friendly.

Great holiday home in a beautiful quiet location.

We spent a wonderful vacation in this holiday home. The house, with a very beautiful large terrace, is very quiet. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all nearby, and a car is not needed in the town. Three bicycles are available for tours. The equipment in the house and for the terrace is excellent, and nothing is missing. Contact with the landlord was very pleasant, and a German-speaking contact person lives nearby. You just need to bring good vacation mood; everything is taken care of in this holiday home. We plan to come back.

Ein schöner Urlaub

The accommodation is very clean and has many kitchen utensils and accessories as well as cleaning supplies, but also board games. The terrace is spacious and invites you to barbecue and eat together. The landlord was always available and helpful. We were very satisfied.

A holiday apartment as beautiful as the area and the wonderful summer weather

The house is modern and equipped with all modern comforts. The kitchen is very nice and practical, and the spacious bedrooms are very quiet. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by a German neighbor upon arrival. In the morning, I went to get croissants and a baguette with one of the bicycles. After that, it was often nice to be able to swim in the warm water of the calm Mediterranean, just a few hundred meters away from the house on the supervised beach. At lunchtime, we either cooked ourselves or ate at several of the many affordable restaurants in Narbonne-Plage. If we weren't walking in the dunes behind the village or in the city of Narbonne in the afternoons, we often played Petanque with the neighbors. What more do you need to feel on vacation? In the evenings, we often enjoyed a glass of cool, inexpensive Rosé wine from the nearby La Clappe region on the large terrace. This holiday home is very affordable considering what you get for it. We recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub

The vacation and the holiday home were very nice, we felt very comfortable. The house really lacked nothing, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was there. The equipment was comfortable and very well maintained, almost new. The large terrace was great for ending the evening with a glass of red wine. The proximity to the very extensive beach was ideal, the 3 bicycles provided shortened the way to the bakery in the village. Thanks to the great accommodation, we would rent the holiday home again at any time and can only recommend it. We had a very nice vacation.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

We really liked this holiday home: everything was very nice, practical and well-equipped, you have everything you need, and the terrace is delightful on summer evenings. The location is perfect: quiet, but everything is close by: beach, center with shopping opportunities, and restaurants. The immediate surroundings offer many opportunities to enjoy the beautiful nature on foot or by bike. Various cities nearby are worth a visit. A plus: you are greeted in German at check-in! I definitely recommend this hotel.
