Description
The Mediterranean furnished house has a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor
Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV (SAT TV with German and French programmes) and a stereo system with USB connection (an adapter is required for iPhones without headphone connection).
In front of this is a large conservatory with table and 4 cosy garden armchairs. From there you have access to the large terrace and a beautiful view of the nature reserve La Clape.
A bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds (90x200).
One bedroom upstairs with a double bed (2 mattresses each 80x200).
The bathroom with shower and toilet, which was completely renovated in 2018, is also located on the upper floor. (Picture see our homepage)
With regular renovations and renewals we ensure a modern and well-kept ambience.
Free wifi and also a safe are available
Rental prices: May-June, September: 570 euros, July-August: 890 euros, other times: 370 euros.
