Description
The cottage is located in the resort Les Jardins de la Clape in the town of Narbonne Plage, in a very quiet location and 200 m from the beach.
The house is 68 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 people. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
On the ground floor is a modern kitchen, an American refrigerator with ice maker, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate living and dining room with sofa (additional sleeping accommodation), satellite TV with all German TV channels. A washer-dryer is available.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (lower lying surface 1,40 m x 2,00 m, upper lying surface 0,90 m x 2,00 m) and 1 bedroom with double bed (1,40 m x 2,00 m) and balcony.
There are 2 terraces, the main terrace with barbecue grill faces south, the second terrace behind the house with passage to the park. Each terrace is equipped with a table group. 2 sun loungers are available.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house, other free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
Dogs are welcome.

A beautiful little house
A very beautiful cottage that we would recommend at any time. I would say it is exceptionally beautiful and well-furnished. Even the pots were chosen for their quality. Sharp knives! All these little things made the stay incredibly pleasant.
The location is almost perfect.
Only the bathroom, especially the grout in the shower, needs some improvement.
We struggled a bit with the lock, which occasionally frustrated us.
Although it was known that pets are allowed, I had hoped that there would be fewer dog hairs on the floor. I was surprised that these couldn't be removed while mopping. We arrived without a dog ourselves, so we would have appreciated fewer hairs.
The landlady is incredibly nice and uncomplicated.

We will gladly come again
We (a couple with a 3.5-year-old child and a dog) had a very nice time in Mrs. Weyand's holiday home and would love to come back. The communication in advance was very pleasant. Mrs. Weyand took extra time on the phone to answer all questions.
The location is really great, it's not far to the beach and the dog beach, at the same time the holiday home complex is very quiet, you can hardly hear anything and have peace and quiet. The seating options in front and behind the house are great.
The equipment is top-notch, everything is considered and, for example, there is enough dishes so that you don't have to run the dishwasher half-full. The stool we bought so that our son can reach the sink was also taken over and is now on site.
We brought child-friendly equipment ourselves, but that was discussed beforehand and not a problem for us.
We were really completely satisfied. :-)

Nice house, highly recommended
We felt very comfortable in the Weyand house. The kitchen is a dream! Everything you need to cook delicious dishes in southern France is there. The house was very clean. The area is quiet, with nice neighbors. The beach is just a few steps away. And the 2 terraces are very pleasant (unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in June, but the Weyand family is not responsible for that). We can definitely recommend the house, although not for seniors or families with small children due to the steep stairs (in our opinion). Many thanks to Mrs. Weyand, who always responded to our questions promptly, in detail, and in a friendly manner.

Nice house in a great location
The house has a great location in a small, very quiet street. You can quickly walk to the beach promenade and also to the small centre of Narbonne-Plage. The two terraces offer the possibility to always find sun or shade, just as you like it. The kitchen is modern and newly furnished. There was a nice contact with the landlady.
We had a great time!

The perfect holiday home!
The house is equipped with everything you need and want on holiday.
However, this house has two particular highlights that really set it apart from other perfect houses
Firstly, the landlady, who always responded promptly and had everything perfectly prepared. A big thank you !
Secondly, there are the two differently oriented terraces. One quiet / sheltered and shady with sunbeds and barbecue and the other terrace with sun and on the access side of the house
Together with the nearby beach and, luckily, the perfect weather, we had the perfect week of enjoyment in the perfect house.
