Very nice and well-kept house with all the trimmings in a quiet area and 700 m walking distance from bakery / restaurants. In week 32 the pool water even had 32 degrees, outside it was also 40 degrees in the shade. Highly recommended for those who want to relax and a nice base to go hiking in the region (through the vineyards or "gorges") or to visit picturesque villages (Minerva, Carcosonne)

A beautiful property with a breathtaking view! The large olive tree in the garden added such a lovely touch, we loved eating outside and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, the manager was friendly and helpful, which made check-in easy, would definitely recommend to friends!

The surroundings and view are very beautiful. The cottage is somewhat dated but has its charms. What bothered me immensely is that the house was superficially cleaned. Cutlery dirty, pots and pans not washed, oven greasy, extractor hood very oily, cutting board still full of crumbs, dishwasher that you cannot use because a huge stench comes out when using it, in the annex there was still bread from previous tenants in the freezer, fridge had mold in it. We first had to clean everything here before we could really enjoy it. The feedback from the contact person was that they did not have enough time to check everything thoroughly. For 2300 euros per week, it should be in order, and it was not. Everything was forwarded to Belvilla, and they did not find it sufficient to file a complaint. I will never book through Belvilla again. Disgusting. Furthermore, the contact person was helpful and friendly.
