Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa with views of the adjacent vineyard and Massif de La Clape Nature Reserve, located 800m from the long sandy beach of Narbonne Plage on the French Mediterranean coast.
Newly built in 2008, this spacious villa (91m2) is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style and can accommodate 6 to 8 persons. The villa also enjoys a large private south facing terrace (55m2), fully enclosed at the back of the house.
The house is part of a group of 11 houses which are secured by electronic gates.
The two story house has a large living-dining room (29m2), and a spacious connecting kitchen (11m2).
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom (12m2) has a double bed (160x200). The second bedroom (11m2) has two single beds (90x190). The third bedroom (10m2) has two single beds (90x190) and a pull out bed (90x190). There is also a baby bed and high chair. The sofa in the living room can also we converted into a double bed (115x180cm).
The upstairs balcony can be accessed directly from the first and second bedrooms.
There are 2 bathrooms – one upstairs with both a bath and separate shower, the second downstairs has a shower, so no queues for showers in the morning and a convenient downstairs shower when the kids return from the beach.
There is a large garage (18m2) and a private parking space.

The house is located in the residence Roquemer, the majority of which are permanently inhabited. The house has a garden and terrace facing directly south. The house is part of a group of 11 houses that can not be accessed by electric gates. The house is adjacent to the nature reserve of the Massif de La Clape. The beach is 800 m and the center with shops, etc. 1km. The house is located in Narbonne-Plage, a family-friendly resort on the French Mediterranean coast near the Pyrenees. About 150 km from the Spanish border lies this coastal section in a comparatively little discovered region surrounded by vineyards, a large nature reserve and long sandy beaches.
However, only 15 minutes away is the historically significant lively town of Narbonne. In the immediate environment you can find lots of opportunities for recreation to suit every taste. In the field of culture, there are many places like cathedrals, museums, abbeys, castles, medieval fortifications.
The Nature Reserve of La Clape is directly beside the house with many opportunities for cycling, walking, climbing.
The sandy beaches of the surrounding area cover 20 km between the towns of Gruissan and St Pierre-de-Mer, with Narbonne Plage in the centre having its own 5km of beautiful “Blue Flag” sandy beach.
There are many opportunities for water sports, including swimming, surfing, wind surfing, kite-surfing, canoeing, fishing, water skiing. There is also a large marina and sailing school. During July and August there is free evening entertainment beside the beach.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Führ Hunde gibt es leider wenig Auslauf innerhalb der Anlage, aber insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr hochwertig und angenehm.
