Welcome to Villa Nala! *** NOW WITH FLY SCREENS IN THE BEDROOMS****
Our holiday home is located in beautiful Narbonne-Plage in southern France in the Les Jardins de la Clape complex, in immediate proximity to the beach. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the endless, gently sloping beach on the Mediterranean coast.
The house has a large, fenced, south-facing terrace of approx. 50 sqm, which is planted with Mediterranean plants and thus offers good privacy. Here you can relax on the sun loungers and, of course, also enjoy the day comfortably at the dining table. A sunshade is naturally also part of the equipment.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils you need.
There is also a guest WC on the ground floor, a wardrobe, and the comfortably furnished living room with a couch where the whole family can relax together.
Free Wi-Fi is also available, as well as an internet radio and an internet-enabled TV. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun. In this bedroom there is a bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a large built-in wardrobe.
In bedroom 2 there are two single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm, and also a spacious built-in wardrobe.
An additional sleeping place can be created by pulling out the sofa bed in the living room. A stair gate is available so that the staircase can be secured from above. Two children's chairs are also available for our little visitors.
Both bedrooms are equipped with fans.
Villa Nala has a parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Great vacation in a beautiful house
We arrived with 2 dogs and were totally thrilled. The property and the house are really great. We felt very comfortable. The landlords and the agency are very friendly and respond directly.

We had a wonderful stay!
The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You feel comfortable from the very first moment. The entire facility appears very well-maintained and pleasant, and the people on-site are consistently friendly and helpful – you immediately notice that hospitality is highly valued here. The location could not be better: In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach both the beautiful beach and the center of Narbonne-Plage with its restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. Moreover, the region offers an incredible amount overall – from impressive landscapes to cultural sights to numerous leisure activities. A big compliment also goes to the landlords: The contact was always warm, uncomplicated, and very reliable. One feels very well cared for.
We can recommend this accommodation without reservation and will be very happy to return!

Great house
We were in this wonderful house for the first time with our two children! The location is ideal. In less than 5 minutes, you are at the beach. The furnishings in the house are also great. Everything is available. The mattresses are also worth mentioning! Not sagging. You don't find that often!! The only thing that would be great is fly screens. We were completely bitten.
We will definitely come back!! The contact with the landlord was always super friendly and responses were quick.

Beautiful holiday home for a relaxing vacation.
The holiday home is located close to the beach in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex. Despite the heatwave during our stay, it was pleasantly cool in the house, provided that the shutters were kept closed. Everything one needs was really available in the house. The contact and willingness to help with any questions from the rental office Fütterer and also the owner were great. We can only recommend the house. We do have a suggestion for improvement: mosquito nets in front of the windows and doors would be useful.

Relaxing vacation!
The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Nothing was missing. The great beach and grocery stores (bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, butcher, small supermarket) are within a few minutes' walk. The contact with the landlord and the local manager was smooth and reliable. The house is located in a very well-maintained and quiet complex.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nala.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt und angenehm, und die Menschen vor Ort sind durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier grossgeschrieben wird.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man sowohl den wunderschönen Strand als auch das Zentrum von Narbonne-Plage mit seinen Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem bietet die Region insgesamt unglaublich viel – von eindrucksvollen Landschaften über kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten bis hin zu zahlreichen Freizeitaktivitäten.
Ein grosses Lob geht auch an die Vermieterschaft: Der Kontakt war jederzeit herzlich, unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig. Man fühlt sich bestens betreut.
Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!! Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets super freundlich und es wurde rasch geantwortet.
Im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden was man eben so braucht. Der Kontakt und die Hilfsbereitschaft bei irgendwelchen Fragen zum Vermietungsbüro Fütterer und auch der Eigentümerin war super. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag haben wir dennoch: Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern und Türen wären schon sinnvoll.
Der tolle Strand und Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüseladen, Fleischer, kleiner Supermarkt ) sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und dem Verwalter vor Ort verlief reibungslos und zuverlässig.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage.
Wir können die Villa Nala ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
In diesem Punkt gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben eine absolut gepflegte Unterkunft vorgefunden und haben uns Mühe gegeben diese auch in demselben Zustand wieder zu verlassen.

Alle gelisteten Dinge (und noch viel mehr) waren auch vorhanden.
Lage
Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut erreichbar. Entscheidend für uns war die nähe zum Strand. Einfach Top für Familien mit Kindern. Umgebung ist eher ruhig. Autos bewegen sich nicht allzu oft von der Stelle.
Ausstattung und Komfort
Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man kann es auch ohne Klimaanlage aushalten wenn man entsprechend der Tageszeit Türen und Klappen schließt. WiFi + Smart-TV sind ein absolutes Plus.
Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber
Absolut Top. Ist durchweg erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Für uns war die Unterkunft entsprechend der Leistung bepreist. Wir würden nicht auf die Leistung verzichten um anderswo einen günstigeren Preis zu erzielen. Eine absolut vorbildliche Unterkunft.
Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Sogar Strandutensilien (Schirme, Taucherbrillen, Bälle u.v.m.) sind vorhanden. Die nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar.
Waren mit unseren Hunden 3 Wochen dort. Nur zu empfehlen.

Die kurzen Wege, egal ob zum Strand, zum Supermarkt oder zu verschiedenen Freizeitaktivitäten haben wir genossen.

Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass wir mit unserer Familie einen rundum gelungen Urlaub in der Villa Nala verbracht haben und uns auf den nächsten Urlaub dort freuen...
Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und mehr als sehr gut ausgestattet. Die gesamte Abwicklung der Buchung war problemlos und auch die Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten.
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
