Best Christmas

We simply made ourselves scarce last Christmas and settled down close by, in the Waldgeflüster.
It was absolutely the best decision, and we felt completely "great"!
For us, lounging and nature were important.
Our two Bernese Mountain Dogs also felt right at home and could run freely in the garden.
Thank you very much to the Wagner family, great hosts, we will definitely come back more often!

Clear recommendation

We stayed here for just under a week and felt really comfortable. The vacation rental is very cozy and spacious. There is nothing to criticize about the cleanliness. Everything necessary for cooking is available. It would be nice to have a small oven for baking rolls or pizza. The landlords, Fam. Müller, are very friendly and open.

The house is located by the forest, inviting you to go hiking directly. Destinations like Oberhof can be reached quickly.

We can only recommend the accommodation and the area.

Great vacation home, very beautiful holiday.

The couple Eube is very friendly and helpful. They have created a very nice and cozy holiday home. The inn they run spoiled us with delicious Thuringian food. Good prices. Our favorites were the beef roulade, potato pancakes, and yeast dumplings with blueberry sauce.
We felt very comfortable all around. The vacation home was very clean.
Straight from the garden into the Thuringian nature. Wonderful. Hiking and great experiences. Here were our highlights: the Wartburg, the Trusetal Waterfall, Lütscher Dam, and the hike to the Schneekoppe with a great view. But there is much more to discover and it is easily accessible from Gehlberg. Our longest drive was 1 hour.
