An exclusively equipped holiday home for 6-8 people with kitchen for self-catering. The holiday home is located on the edge of the Biosphaere Reserve Vessertal and is perfectly suitable for your holiday needs all year round for all seasons
When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace and balcony with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is situated directly on the edge of the forest, in front of a natural lake. Apart from birdcalls and rutting calls of red deer, you will be greeted by a lot of peace and quiet. For all those who are stressed by everyday life, we have a sauna.
The house is non-smoking. For smokers we have a smoking area outside.

Im Fall eines Rücktritts durch den Reisenden ist der Vermieter berechtigt eine Stornogebühr/ Aufwandsentschädigung zu erheben. Diese gliedert sich wie folgt: bis 90 Tage vor Reisebeginn 50% bis 60 Tage vor Reisebeginn 100% jeweils des Mietbetrages. Unabhängig davon fallen Stornogebühren in Höhe von 50,00 Euro an. Anzahlungen werden nicht zurückerstattet, es sei denn, es liegt ein Verschulden des Vermieters zugrunde Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluß einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
