An exclusively equipped holiday home for 6-8 people with kitchen for self-catering. The holiday home is located on the edge of the Biosphaere Reserve Vessertal and is perfectly suitable for your holiday needs all year round for all seasons
When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace and balcony with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is situated directly on the edge of the forest, in front of a natural lake. Apart from birdcalls and rutting calls of red deer, you will be greeted by a lot of peace and quiet. For all those who are stressed by everyday life, we have a sauna.
The house is non-smoking. For smokers we have a smoking area outside.

Cancellation terms:

The cancellation should be made in written form (by letter, email) or in special cases by telephone. The receipt of the cancellation statement by the landlord is decisive. Early departure, for whatever reasons, does not exempt from the obligation to pay for the entire booked travel period! In the event of a cancellation by the traveler, the landlord is entitled to charge a cancellation fee / compensation for expenses. This is structured as follows: up to 90 days before the start of the trip 50% up to 60 days before the start of the trip 100% each of the rental fee. Regardless, cancellation fees of 50.00 euros apply. Deposits are not refunded, unless there is fault on the part of the landlord. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
