The location was good, the garden was very beautiful, it was also very quiet. The reception was good, as was the checkout; it was simply a matter of leaving the key. According to Mrs. Perez Santana, what was not in order was a toilet brush full of feces, the flush tank's float valve was clogged, and I could make the shower door passable, but it was leaking during use. We had to first remove the leftovers from the previous guests from the kitchen dishes and clean them. The bed linen on both beds had tears and holes. The two lamps each only had one light source functioning. There was pigeon droppings by the bedroom window. The entrance door could be seen through to the outside. We made the best of it, suggesting to fix it so that the next ones can enjoy their well-deserved vacation. Otherwise, we liked the island well; our favorite remains La Gomera.

Due to the weather conditions, the flight to La Palma was canceled and we were unable to go on vacation. The rental agency showed absolutely no flexibility or goodwill – we were reimbursed exactly 0.00 EUR! Very poor customer service.

We had a good time overall, The bungalows are basic but comfortable, and the garden is a nice touch, A bit far from the beach, but we enjoyed the short trips to nearby attractions like the Cascada De Los Tilos
