Location and surroundings of object
The house is not far from the picturesque town of Los Llanos de Aridane where you can do your grocery shopping and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine with the locals at one of the authentic Spanish outdoor cafes.
With your rental car you can go as you please. A 15 minute drive takes you to the beache and colourful boulevard of Tazacorte where you can watch the sun go down while dining at one of the restaurants.

Casa Pedregales has a spacious living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster and blender. A washing machine is also available.
The living room has a TV with an international channel package including English channels. There is also a Google Chromecast available.
The bedroom has two box spring beds measuring 80x200 cm that can be placed together or separately.
The fibre optic cable provides a strong Wi-Fi connection.
Around the house is a large sun terrace of 80m2 with sea view. At the house there are comfortable chairs and sun loungers to relax on the terrace and enjoy with a good book.

Feel-good House
The house is almost perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen has many details. You can walk to Los Llanos (and back), but a car is recommended. The terraces are great, there is plenty of terrace furniture, and the garden is a poem. Watching sunsets from here is wonderful, the view goes over the entire city to the Atlantic. If I could wish for something: A reading lamp would be nice, and the driveway to the house could use a bit more concrete. Otherwise fantastic!

Casa Pedregales
A well-equipped holiday home in an excellent location. Relax, unwind, go for a hike or sit in a cafe in the town square. An ideal place for exploring the island. We would have loved to come back next winter. Unfortunately it is already fully booked.
Maybe the winter after next.
